It has to do with how they've been trained.
The understanding of food and it's roll are not taught. How to push the drugs is everything in their medical training. They get paid by prescribing drugs... they do not get paid by urging us to consume greens, avacados, carrots for example..

Yes, avocado oil is not a seed oil and is made from the flesh of the avocado, not its seeds. It's extracted by pressing the pulp around the pit of the avocado, which contains healthy fats like oleic acid and essential fatty acids. Avocado oil is often considered a healthier alternative to traditional seed oils, along with other no-seed oils like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and sunflower oil.

IMHO Kate is under no condition to do anything. Until we see proof of life, then we believe William is responsible. Harry's trip was again. IMHO was fact-finding from Charles. What had exactly happened to Kate. Not Charles and Camella were not present as Harry wanted nothing to do with her. She is dangerous, just as he said in SPARE. The death of that young is also part of this overall plot.

Staying away from most sugars is healthier regardless.... But recovering with sensitivity is more so.... You need to research the foods you eat to know not Only they're pre-eaten composition, but the breakdown in your digestive system... ALL food is broken down to basic Sugars, it's what we run on... Brain, energy etc.... Protein takes the longest to convert and has the essential Bvits & amino acids other foods do not....
Sooo a higher clean protein diet is gen beneficial... With Organic Complex carbs... You Don't need any added sugars ever... Real Seasonal fruit 🍑 🍓🍉🍊🍌🍍🍋🍏🥝🫐🍇 is nature's candy in moderation if you're sensitive...
It's a dopamine hit to the brain - Why we love it... So mind when and what you eat of the Higher Sugar fruits.... Try to consume with a meal, Not independent!
Never drink just juices, it's pure Sugar without the necessary fiber... The whole fruit 🍑🫐🍓🍉🥝🍋🍊🍏
Berries are particularly good as is watermelon... Just mind the portions...
Give your body time to heal from the alcohol overload and you'll do better! 😎

However, I respectfully disagree with the notion that consuming dairy or saturated fats is a viable solution. Numerous scientific studies have consistently demonstrated a strong correlation between these dietary elements and the onset of various diseases, including heart disease. In light of this evidence, I believe it's crucial to consider alternative approaches that prioritize a balanced and sustainable diet, one that aligns with the latest scientific understanding.

Small dence LDL might be predictive of heart disease but he failed to say among other predictors and it is NOT causeal. LDL is the fireman at the fire and snall dence LDL is a result of diabeties. LDL is delivering cholesterol to the damaged area to repair the arterial damage. The cause is phisical damage to the artery caused by high blood pressure, caused largely by too much glucose in the blood, = metabolic disease = over consumption of carbs = diabeties. The fix is to stop the damage. Reverse diabeties by stopping all carb consumption, replaceing glucose with healthy animal fats. Carnivour diet. I have done this, turning all my bloodwork and health markers from dire to optimal.

Glutens, especially from non organic sources are issues for many people! Use almond flour or bean veggie sourced pastas!

Fiber is crucial for gut health for several reasons:
    1. **Digestive Health**: Fiber helps regulate bowel movements by adding bulk to the stool and promoting regularity, reducing the risk of constipation.
    2. **Gut Bacteria**: It serves as a prebiotic, feeding beneficial gut bacteria, which in turn produce short-chain fatty acids that nourish the gut lining and support immune function.
    3. **Weight Management**: Fiber helps you feel fuller for longer, which can aid in weight management.
    4. **Blood Sugar Control**: By slowing the absorption of sugar, fiber helps control blood sugar levels, beneficial for preventing and managing diabetes.
While the body itself doesn't digest fiber, its role in supporting gut health and overall wellness is significant, making it an essential component of a healthy diet.

1 PBJ a week wouldnt kill you. Remember moderation in all things. It does have bad oil in it. Organic would be better.

Crap brands. Sugar added to both for no good reason. PBJs are very unhealthy but do taste great and won't spoil quickly in a lunch bag.

Filled with Lectins. That said I buy and use occasionally organic Pnut Butter at Aldi just has organic peanuts - choose that instead. If you like it bit sweeter? Saltier? Add Stevia/ monk fruit/ allulose and/or Celtic or other healthy salt to taste.
