Oh god, are you serious? Another weapon made by the Burning Legion?! When will those guys ever learn that making weapons of unbelievable power that can and WILL fall in the hands of your enemies is a bad idea?
With the Outlaw, Blizzard really put the identity confusion to these rogues. It's hard for an Outlaw to answer the used-to-be simple question "Are you a Ninja or are you a Pirate?"
nobbel i got a question , can the nightfallen fruit cure the bloodelfs ? and how much would it take for bloodelf to get back to their "blue" eyed state now that the sunwell is back ?
I'm not sure if the Arcan'dor fruit can cure a blood elf, but I'd guess it could. The blood elf intro cinematic states the restored Sunwell might be able to cure the magic addiction with time, but for now it seems to ease the hunger, even the few remaining high elves who live in exile have felt it. However, a heavy dose of arcane energy can reactivate the addiction like we've seen with Valeera in the comic and the crazy blood elf mage in the mine in WoD, and those things happened after the Sunwell event. Valeera regained control thank's to Broll Bearmantle's medicines and rehab, but the other blood elf turned insane and we had to put her down. As for the eye color, the current generation of blood elves, including the player characters, will have green eyes for the rest of their lives, but their children will probably have a different eye color since they no longer feed on fel energy. I'm not sure if the eye color will be blue though. The new Sunwell is powered by the Holy Light, so they could also get golden eyes.
I imagine it would work on the bloodelves, but there's not enough Aracan'Dor fruit for the outcast nightfallen, much less the whole bloodelven race. After Nighthold raid and Suramar liberated, they should research on possible way to mass-produce the tree lol.
Cure from addiction? Yes, but the fruit does not just cure addiction, it brings them back from nightfallen state. (whatever it is called before you are turned into a withered).
I think the lore behind the Dreadblades is pretty... 'eh', but damn they are cool. The opposite can be said for the Fangs of the Devourer, which are among the blandest-looking of the artifacts, but they have awesome lore. And then there are the Kingslayers... the best of both worlds.
Bit late to answer i know but here it is. Tethys said its expensive to pay to park in booty bay. Evidently with tethys in charge tensions have smoothed between booty bay and the bloodsail buccaneers for them to at least pay for certain services. Do note however that there are 2 guards standing at the ready at the bottom of the boarding ramp
So Talgath creates these blades for pirates? I may be mistaken but pirates are insignificant to the legion or anyone of power. If he created these blades to corrupt, why does he try to hide them?
(I know a year late to answer but still) Talgath is the guy the legion brings in for the personal touch. Why send in demons who will immediately be seen as a threat, when you can manipulate those already there into your own personal army? Or in this case, navy. A navy under your command that as a bunch of pirates wont be seen as big of a threat. Its basically a microcosm of what kiljaeden did with the orcs- if the demons attack draenor the draenei would leave as they know they dont stand a chance (they didnt know their only way off was destroyed/beyond repair). So he used the orcs to fight his war. Talgath did this with the pirates to cripple parts of the horde and alliance navies at Just the right time
Okay wait. How isn't the rogue MC turned into a bloodthirsty destroyer of the masses if those blades do that to other people. We can't just write it off as "Oh, well the MC has the mind stronger than [Insert current tier of metals]. and a Will that rivals even Velen's". There has to be some sort of follow up quest that MAKES the MC fight the demons and the curses of the artifact weapons so then we become more powerful in spite of original evil intentions.
It makes it so when you use your artifact, your saber slashes or pistol shots give you full combo points, but it damages you for 5% of your health when you spend those combo points, per time, mind you. So in a huge burst I can easily lose 25% of my health. (Random number pulled)
Tbh, he was actually better than me, and I'm a Rogue main. In the part where he bribed that skeleton... I actually thought that I have to fight him. And I did. Without swords. Vanishing was the only thin keeping me alive during that questline.
The artifact lore is bullshit tbh... Doesnt offer any speculation or good story telling. You should spend time on all the other good content in the game. Like the Classhall questlines. or something old? I just hate that there is no reason for WoW players to see this, cuz maybe we want to pick up this class in the future and not get it spoiled, or maybe we have already done it and already know all about it? Or this is maybe targeting people who quit wow... I dunno.
Normally I'd do 1 major lore video a week on the monday, but since I do want to cover the artifacts for those that have no intention of rolling alts or want some more background information or who no longer play the game, I invest more time and upload those through out the rest of the week. Currently been using the mondays for order hall campaigns or additional legion lore, will go back to older chars shortly.
I have never played retail nor legion, but i really enjoy these videos. It's not bullshit. If you've already done the questline or don't want it to get spoiled why even watch the video in the first place? I personally enjoy the artifact lore videos as i watch WoW streamers and it's really interesting for me to know how they got those weapons, why they are using them and what's so special about them. Keep up the good work Nobbel
Kind of surprised there wasn't any purification step for the blades, I guess Rogue players are just strong enough to ignore the corruption?
Cyan naw we just welcome it, get molded by it but we dont give it no quarter
Real pirates don't give a shit they just take another bottle of rum.
Cyan
Nah
Thats why we take damage from the dreadblades
drink away the dark forces with rum
Oh god, are you serious?
Another weapon made by the Burning Legion?!
When will those guys ever learn that making weapons of unbelievable power that can and WILL fall in the hands of your enemies is a bad idea?

It's hard for an Outlaw to answer the used-to-be simple question "Are you a Ninja or are you a Pirate?"

That is what makes us "champion". The ability to hold that power and not be corrupted.
I need a rogue now XD
Hello Nobbel!
why was valeera sitting on the chair like that, is it cause she smol ;)

What does smol mean?
silverspear21 means it's your turn in the barrel
silverspear21 it means small
... how did a bunch of bloodsail get into booty bay without a fight breaking out?
Bit late to answer i know but here it is. Tethys said its expensive to pay to park in booty bay.

How to they sail to dala
come i wanna see strom'kar's vid
Why not just fly down to Azuna rather than going all the way to booty bay for no reason.
....needs more pirates lol
Gnome rogue ftw! The most sneakiest, yet squeakiest, of all rogue classes.
Always a bit painful to watch Nobbel gameplay, he's really not very good at wow, let alone WC3 :D But gotta love the lore.
ARR HAHARRRR!!!

MuroKhan we are indeed corrupted by the blades, the artifact ability is called the curse of the dreadblades which damages the user
Goblinego By how much percentage?
It makes it so when you use your artifact, your saber slashes or pistol shots give you full combo points, but it damages you for 5% of your health when you spend those combo points, per time, mind you. So in a huge burst I can easily lose 25% of my health. (Random number pulled)
Not so good at sneaking by it seems XD
Really, he's kinda bad at rogues in general.
But he's a great storyteller!
I was rather triggered at him not LOS-ing Eliza's gunshots and facetanking it till he's near death.
Tbh, he was actually better than me, and I'm a Rogue main.
In the part where he bribed that skeleton... I actually thought that I have to fight him. And I did. Without swords. Vanishing was the only thin keeping me alive during that questline.
Second

Trecskó Imi hey that's racist lol, Gnomes have feelings too.

Kot K wasnt talking too you. It is called constructive critics.

I can't watch those videos with that weird forced "R"-pronunciation
