Gladly, I can say I have heard all of these phrases either at my job or in a regular conversation with people. Sadly... I only use just a few of them. It's like they live passively in the back of my head. Max's voice, pronunciation and expressions are beautiful. It made me wonder, with such excellent teachers online, why do they still need teachers in school? Maybe there need to be a combination of creating and curating at different delivery steps.

Many thanks, Max for all the tips and meaningful lessons you share with us :) just a question, do these phrases are used in Australia most or are common in most native speakers countries?

Good question :-). No, they're not just used in Australia. Most adult native speakers would be familiar with these, especially if they work in the corporate world.

I was watching your video and at the minute 3:15 it says " should to talk" when according to my knowledge, it should be "should talk" since s modal verb is followed by base form verb

Omg, I can't believe I didn't see that! I always proofread the text, but I occasionally miss things. Well spotted! Yes, you're right. It's a typo - you'll notice I didn't say it and it's not in the subtitles. :)
