Hi Uma, I have tried everything to stop my hair fall but nothing worked out :( I did gym, yoga and home remedies and consulted good hair specialist and taken medicines too.. But for sometime the hair stop falling and growth also gets improved but when I stop again everything gets wasted :( Kindly suggest on free of cost :)

Hey dear...I'm of same age same routine for the last 10 years. Of lately I ve started preparing a bit of the tiffin at night so basically in the morning it takes lesser time.i get up at 5.30.drink warm water.switch on some morning affirmations while listening to them do some free hand exercise. After my husband n child leaves I drink another glass of warm water or detox drink...and sit down for breathing exercises n meditation. Thst has helped me enormously. It's just about finding time for yourself. I have my in laws to look after plus is a free lancer.trust me u can do it
