very nice video and i learned a lot from your video. may i ask 2 questions? 1. do we lost some damages while cancelling animations? does a full violation making more damage than the one stop by lmb? 2. would you benefited from skill enhancement (e.g. increasing casting speed x%) even you already had level 5 casting speed?
Sorry for such a late reply. 1) From what Ive tested this isnt a difference in damage as long as all your hits actually hit your target (the LMB downslash that you use to cancel the violation is where most of the damage comes in). 2) Yes, level 5 casting speed gives you 20% cast speed increase, so the additional cast speed from add-ons and alch stones just increases it further.
Thank you for the guide, I'm curious of your opinion on sorcs. I am 58 and getting kinda frustrated about it. Everyones sayin sorc is weakest tier and I keep losing duels. Really considering rerolling before its to late. Actually I don't wanna reroll because thats not what I do, but I just feel a little help. Can a good sorc still beat everyone? Thanks bud!
I wouldnt say sorceress is in the weakest tier but they definitely aren't the best in 1v1s. You'll have trouble fighting classes with good super armors/blocks and/or grabs if they are decent or proficient at their class. However, just because a duel is more difficult doesn't mean it's impossible to win. You just have to find any weak spots in your own gameplay or your opponents. The main reason people play sorceress is because they enjoy it, not because it's insanely powerful.

Awesome video, but it feels like your attack speed with scythe is somehow faster, do u perchance have any points in attack speed or sth?
I have casting speed +5 in this video as well as an destruction alchemy stone which gives me +5% casting speed for some parts.
