    Thanks Cody for building this awesome duel blend system I purchased from you, its working great and Cody did everything professionally and exactly to what his original estimate was. If you looking into soft washing or need a new system call Cody reasonable prices and a great build.

    End your video by saying......"and that's how you can be your own boss in the softwash" 😊 sounds better when a country boy says it.
    Anyways I'm still learning but I definitely see the value in this machine.

    Cody what’s the normal life span for the metering valves before they have to be replaced on the blender even with rinsing them out after every job, thanks for your videos by the way...

      Power Washing Pros Inc. Lawrence Ashlin the water and surfactant side will theoretically never go out. The SH side will eventually go bad, but it’s a 20$ fix and we have over a year and still going on one. You could make a flush out T valve and extend the lifespan but we just plan on replacing as needed.

    How many houses can you do in one day without refilling your water tank ? If you can use your house size as an example ?

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  5 років тому +1

      Alexandre Lebel
      With 100 gallons of water on board, you could do about 2 to 3 house wash jobs, but it is very easy to keep your tanks full at the customers house. If you see you are getting low, just drop a hose in there and top it up through out the day. But you could definitely do a couple of jobs without refilling

    What makes a soft wash system so expensive? I'm getting into the business and I'm not sure if I want to just downstream with a pressure washer, or use a soft wash system. Systems are so expensive though, and I cant figure out why. I know the pumps are only like 100 dollars. So is it just the labor of making them?

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  5 років тому +1

      American 46 frame, hose reels, batteries, charging system, tanks, hose, wands, blend manifolds, labor, it adds up.

    Do you have any SH leak mitigation?

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  6 років тому

      Cleanscapes Tallahassee The SH tank is plumbed from the top, so there is nowhere for it to leak on the tank. Not sure what you mean by mitigation? Each point where a possible leak could occur is very easily visible and should be monitored periodically and repaired as needed. We have been operating our company truck with this same set up for over a year and no leaks yet.

    I’m guessing surfactant is just soap? If you already have bleach why do you need soap too? Jw

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  5 років тому +1

      Taylor Albaugh it Chemically bonded with the dirt you are trying to remove and helps it to rinse off better on house washes, windows etc.
      It also helps to make your solution thicker so that it does not run off of the roof too quickly

  • @deepsouthdiggers580

    What kind of surfactant do you recommend when using the pro-mix-a lot?

    • @southeastsoftwash4020
      @southeastsoftwash4020  6 років тому

      Deepsouthdiggers there are like 20 options out there for surfactant. The pro-mix and any other metering system will work with any of them. I’ve found they are all about the same, just have to find what you like.

      mlhm5 wrong. They are marketed for roof cleaning. Lots of professional soft washers use these pumps. I’ve been using them for over a decade. No pump will last forever but these are a very good option.
      Corrosion resistant Viton valves and Santoprene diaphragm extend pump life
