Great video showing of the features of the Quadmula F5s 👍🏻 Havn't tried the mini version, so I can't speak about the differences, but the F5 is my favorite frame. It's sooo smooth in the air 🚀 And the PS-3 system is simply genius 👌🏻
I like the f5 mini split the best. Running kiss ultra v2 and fettec 45a in mine. Used the pyrodrone 20 to 30.5 conversion and fits great. F5 split has a little to big wheel base
Hey, I really want to do the same myself, as the kiss ultra mini isn't out yet. How did you do it? Like did you get shorter m2 screws to go through the press nuts, somehow mount the adapter to that, and then use the original silicone sleeved screws on top?

The bottom plate is a one piece design on the non Split version. It provides more room in the rear of the quad for electronics such as a capacitor/spike absorber. The Split has a split deck design for the bottom plate which provides a better Center of Gravity feel as the cost of there being less room for electronics in the back. I turn my ESC 180° and put my caps in the front of the quad just behind the camera on the Split versions.

I'm using walksnail and want to print one of the stubbymounts that you made. Do I have to buy the rush antenna for it to fit or does the v2 antenna for walksnail also fit?
After seeing your videos decided to build f5 split. How did you connect the t motor f7 hd fc to the 03 air unit, the jst connectors are different types at each end?
I've either kept the wire harness that comes with the O3 and cut the connector that goes to the FC off and directly soldered the wires to the FC or I soldered the ends of each wire harness together.
Had my maiden F5 flighr! I have the standard not split. It’s so sick though. So light. Love features. Only complaint is they don’t give you enough ps3 washers/spacers for the feet mount but I printed my own so not sure if they come if you order them

Props are in view. Siren Freestyle series frames are meant for freestyle. If you're looking for a frame that keeps the props out of view I would recommend a Deadcat style frame. You can use translucent grey props and crop in a tad while using one of these Quadmula frames. It helps

you said for a chase rig the fullsize would be nicer because of bigger props. What 5.5 inch props would you recommend? I want to build a drift car chase rig with a kiss ultra. Though there will be a kiss ultra mini so maybe i'll end up getting both sizes.
The strap secures the Session in the mount. It also helps to have it secure the whole thing to the frame. Sure it's secured with the M3 screws but I have had plenty of crashes where that wasn't enough.

Whats the main difference between the Siren F5 & the Siren F5 Split?

I don't believe they include the PS-3 spacers for the arm guards unless you order the arm guard set.

Hi. Why do you still use a strap on your action cam even though it's secured down with the m3 screws from the 3d print? just curious
The strap secures the Session in the mount. It also helps to have it secure the whole thing to the frame. Sure it's secured with the M3 screws but I have had plenty of crashes where that wasn't enough.
