I was not impaired, had no traffic infraction, cop didn't see me drive, I asked for a BAC, blood test and the eye test at the scene. Too bad at least 70 percent of cops can't remember or don't want to remember their training at the academy on how to properly conduct a eye test HGN. Arrests make lots of money for the state, lots of Grant money for the cops, lots of promotions for Cops and awards for cops unfortunately a DUI arrest is very hard to get off your record.

Hey Lance I got pulled over over a year ago and I'm being charged with the DUI but they drew my blood outside of the hospital not at the scene of the crime and my arm was bruised to hell the next day I have photographs also they botched photo evidence I'm almost positive they tried to stage the crash because I was parked in the parking space without the keys in the ignition when they arrested me and I'm kind of confused on how to go about a lawsuit about my civil rights and getting this case dropped
@Burt: Love your movies. Seriously though, that is very troubling. Your defense attorney would be the one to get the charge thrown out (which will be difficult). Often to sue the government, you have to put a claim in first. There will be a statute of limitations you have to watch out for though. Make sure to consult a civil attorney for those issues.
