Can a defendant during his cross examination reveal a prior ill feeling of the accusers against him that may have led to this new charge.

damn this really is so disheartening and mind boggling to hear to say the least, it seems the truth or the facts are not as important as the ego of all the actors and what things appear to be or not to be and that is where the trust and respect of the judicial system is lost. one thing that i have a hard time wrapping my head around is how self righteous and noble prosecutors and judges really think they are , when in reality they are just perpetuating the problem, worrying more about there win loss record then the truth while leaving a trail of damage and destroyed citizens who they are supposed to be helping fairly.

@larzworld: Yes - prosecutors at a high level often say "they can't" consider certain facts because their bosses won't let them. An adversarial system comes with a high price tag. Thank you comment and thank you for watching.

Yeah he is an excellent lawyer , and I can confirm what he said it is 100% accurate. And I’m in a exactly same situation, you have to know prosecutor work over many cases at the same time, so they most likely would ignore the good facts in your case

    I have a long-standing question that’s never been answered:
If detained by WA police (car, walking, shopping, anywhere), MUST cops tell you the Reasonable, Articulatable Suspicion for the detainment, if you demand to know?
If police DONT tell you, you have the RIGHT to withhold your identification? Correct?

Is it normal for a attorney to not respond in 8 weeks. We are on 4th attorney n no evidence as yet from 1year and 4 months not nothing.

WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS, IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN COURT TO ANSWER ANY ACCUSATION AGAINST YOU.... ARE YOU TAKEN TO CUSTODY RIGHT AWAY OR THEY RESCHEDULE ANOTHER COURT DATE UNTIL WHEN THEY EXACTLY FOUND YOU GUILTY????

@tammy duke: As a case gets older, it usually gets better for the defense for many reasons. Hang in there and thanks for watching.

Tammy, my case has been going on system for 2 years 5 months, with no trial date set ! I hate this legal system of ours. I lost everything I ever owned, I now live in a homeless shelter all because I was falsely accused of a crime I did not do. No witnesses, no video, no pictures,
no phone records stating I did anything wrong, yet here I am suffering every day as my accuser is free to do anything they want. My parents had to go back to work so they could support me during this mess. I wish you luck….

@@ElPikante503 yes, yet I have pictures, videos, witness, emails, text messages and police reports proving my innocence.
However, I was not allowed to show any of this in court ! I went through four different attorneys and the best deal I could get was probation. Better than the original 20 years that they wanted to give me, but I never did these crimes. I do not even have a past record of any kind either. She was not even my girlfriend anymore, I was engaged to another woman at the time. Sadly the stress from this gave her a heart attack, she was only 37 years old when she died in my arms. She was 1 of the 2 witnesses I had proving my innocence. Please be careful out there and nerve talk or trust the police !!
