I’m an indians fan and game 5 was the last game I ever watched with my grandpa before he died just two days later, so it brings up emotional memories for me.
Game 1 was the Jays win to that series, other than that, they just didn’t have it. I still firmly believe if they Jays had taken the 2015 ALCS against the Royals they win the WS that year.
In the end the Indians pitching was just so good even the lineup then blue jays had couldn’t keep up. Great run for the blue jays, even tho they lost it was the best baseball the fans got to see in 25 years
@Trvp visuals Buddy they have like a million future stars on their team. They'll be just fine in the coming years. Also you said playoffs not "C's". Don't alter things just to sound better. Zip it.
This was such a frustrating series. Cleveland pitching was probably the best that has ever been seen, to shut down the high-powered Jays like they were a AA team was crazy.
The Indians probably would’ve won the World Series that year if they didn’t keep using the same 3 pitchers out of the bullpen that postseason every game and had Kluber pitch every 3rd game. Just put too much of a work load on the same guys that just couldn’t hold up for an entire month.
Part of the reason for overusing Kluber was that their 2nd best pitcher that season was Carlos Carrasco and in September, he got hit in the pitching hand against the Tigers. Had he been there, the Indians would’ve won the World Series that year
Not gonna lie I was pretty nervous when we played the Blue Jays in this series. They were really good at keeping the game close that I thought we would somehow choke. Even though my team won, they should not be overlooked.
That was the whole series, dude. MLB Tonight even showed that the Umpires were calling 20% of balls as strikes against the Blue Jays. The average was around 8%. And the they were also calling only like 5 or 6% of balls as strikes against the Indians. So basically, the Indians pitchers had a huge strike zone to work with, while the Jays pitchers had a small one. This series was so unfair.
2015 jays shouldve won the world series, and that homerun in i think it was game 4 of the alcs was not a homerun, a fan reached over. cheap. jays shouldve of won that game.
Tbh if the Blue Jays made the World Series I thunk the Mets would’ve won. The royals only got through the postseason because they were VERY clutch and in every game of the World Series the Mets had the lead. No offense to Toronto but I don’t think they had that clutch factor KC had.
yes they did lol, they scored late in games but barely scored in the first few innings. and bro. stop. look at the jays line up and look at the mets pitchers from 2015. its not even close.
deGrom/Thor/Harvey/matz (all had fantastic seasons) and most importantly the GOAT Bartolo. Also check the box scores most of their runs were middle innings and the games they won they had the lead early and held on. You also seem to forget that the Mets offense was insane throughout the the second half and in the playoffs. The Jays had a good pitching staff that year but the Mets had even better.
@@brennan4926 Well idk if you're a Cleveland fan or not but Cleveland fans definitely care about not winning for like 70 years and that's just the Indians. The Cavs never won until 2016. There's was like a 50 year drought there too.
Postseason highlights are back!
Please make a video on 2016 nlcs cubs vs dodgers
Can you also please make a video of 2015 and 2016 ALDS? Your videos are amazing

Luke Minosky Im sorry for your loss. your Grandpa is rooting for the tribe up in Heaven with Jesus!
F
Luke Minosky sorry for your loss
Unaffortunely you lost the World Series
Sorry to here that man I bet in heaven he was happy how far y’all got
Man the 15 and 16 Jays were pretty good.
Kick Gaming true! But they just ran into better competition.
They were always shit in the championship series
@@coleeisenstadt9312 Ya.
Their bullpen was the weak link.

Hearing Coco Crisp makes me realize how much the game has changed within 4 years
What do you mean how has baseball changed since 2016?
coco crisp played in 2016? geez i forgot where the times went
The fact that this comment was made two years ago is eerier
In the end the Indians pitching was just so good even the lineup then blue jays had couldn’t keep up. Great run for the blue jays, even tho they lost it was the best baseball the fans got to see in 25 years
JAYSFAN20 well you guys went back to back to start the turn of the century
@Trvp visuals Ya how's that going for ya?

And that was without Salazar or Carrasco

@@DASCO2136And the rest of the reason was that idiot Bauer and his toys!!😮
@@craigwenzel3152 did it all without Michael Brantley too…if he’s healthy they win it no doubt
I hate to think of how this series ended as a jays fan but it was exciting to watch. We need the success of '15 and '16 back.
Andrew Miller struck the fear of God into hitters in that postseason.
Except game 7 Ross
Earlier in the regular season Miller and Chapman were both on the Yankees before they got traded.
Game 1: TOR 0 CLE 2
Game 2: TOR 1 CLE 2
Game 3: CLE 4 TOR 2
Game 4: CLE 1 TOR 5
Game 5: CLE 3 TOR 0
I believe the Jays held Cleveland to a .168 batting average in this series. Cleveland's pitching was just too much for them to handle.
Thank you for doing postseason highlights again I really appreciate them
That Miller-Allen combo was so incredibly unfair
Imagine Kluber-Miller-Allen lol
Don’t forget Bryan Shaw!
@@matthewbennett3352 Ew
Jays pitched pretty well but their offense was totally stiffled.
That year the Indians were very hard: Like if you are seeing it in 2020
Too bad the jays wasted their best team since the 90s. Gave us some memorable moments but bringing it back to canada would have been sicker
We got the new kids now, so I think we’ll be right back in the postseason potential a WS title
I miss these Jays
Matthew Plotnick we all do
They jays have a really good young core, wait until they get some good pitchers and they will be back in the postseason
they’re back man they’re back
DeshaunBetter Yessirrrrr
And they didn’t win $HIT😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love your videos💛💛💛
You mess with Wahoo, it'll come back to bite you.
You do great work
Hopefully this year we can win it all.
love these

dude no, and look at the 2015 series stats in the regular season LOL
Who cares they suck anyways
Some of those strike calls really screwed over the Jays in the first two games. Tight ones too. SMH
Edwin will be with CLE in the next season!😊❤
I mean his hand wasn’t just bleeding a little bit it was pouring blood. He needed to get the bleeding stopped never mind baseball
12:35 lol see the slide
I don’t understand how these guys lost in the World Series. They are so Elite.
Because the cubs were the better team.
Ran out of pitchers..😢
And That's why the Blue Jays choked
Should've beaten the Cubs. Frustrating as a fan.
Blue jays wouldn’t beat the cubs
Man this is when Toronto couldn’t beat the Cleveland teams😂
Whatever. Cleveland sports is garbage. They need LeBron to win. At least Toronto hasn't had the droughts that Cleveland has.
