These ABS modules have an auto bleed feature for the rear. You'll need a compatible scanner tool. This brought my pedal back when I did just the rear. Now watching your video for reference because I had the front right line go and now I'm doing them all. Thanks for the video.
Nice video! I just replaced the front to rear line on a Dakota. I bought copper nickel from a local auto parts store, flared, bent, and snaked it along the original path. It is 3/16 inch tubing so it was much easier than the 1/4 inch tubing.
Thanks for a great and informative video! I just removed the lines on my '05 Tahoe, 'cept the rear ones and going to try to install the Dorman kit I bought. I'm really wondering how to get the one tube from right front wheel to the ABS module without breaking it or having to uninstall everything that's in the way. You seem to have succeeded from the left front wheel area. Others I've seen starting feeding it backwards from the front of the car. I'll just see what feels best for me. And thanks again for sharing your experience!
You make it look too easy, just got a Silverado from my grandfather who re did the lines himself, but it’s leaking at the abs box, so think I’m gonna have to pull 2 of them and redo them. I don’t think the line got flared enough cause it’s leaking from the line itself not the threads
@@liampenner8865 I got that dorman set it didn't fit mine don't know why. I returned it and got a kit called EZ- FIT .it is cut to length copper nickel easy to bend. My kit all lines where little too long but better then short. Look it up got mine from summit racing 113$ all flared with fittings
@@liampenner8865 it didn't the kit I ordered did not fit. Couldn't tell you why. I got a kit call EZ- FIT all cut to length copper nickel you bend as you go. It worked fine for me.

It’s never a job I look forward to , but yeah it’s best to just get them all done .
Thanks for watching, and good luck with yours.
