- This is Game Changing! 🚨
Dieselsite is just about to release an intercooler setup for the OBS 7.3 Powerstroke that is going to make it where literally anyone can install an intercooler on their truck!
One of the biggest reasons why most people don’t install them now is it’s extremely time consuming and well frankly most people are like me and they don’t want to cut up their core support.
Well Bob has figured it out for us! Introducing the first Water to Air Intercooler setup built for the OBS. 🔥🔥
Most all OE manufacturers are using this style on their new trucks today.
This system installs in an HOUR! 👀😱 GAME CHANGING to say the least.
Basic hand tool and you’ve got an intercooler setup to cool any size injector setup you can throw at it!
These are still being loaded to the site but will be available every soon!
Stay Tuned we’ll be doing an install video for y’all very soon.
Let us know what you think of this design and if you’ll be running a setup like this.

HECK YEAH!!! Can't wait for the install video.
Yoooooooo!!!!!!! Now I'm glad I've procrastinated on putting in an intercooler!!
Same same...
What moves the coolant is it using engine coolant to cool the air or is there a seperate pump
Your factory water pump
Where does the water come from?
Either plumb it into your existing cooling system or fabricate a stand alone cooler. Wouldn't be hard.
Your water pump
@@CompletePerformance Sorry not trying to argue or doubt the product but how would a 200 degree water cooler cool the intake air better than an inner cooler with ambient air temp?
That’s what I was wondering too, I’m surprised they didn’t respond
@@Billy-ye3geThe kit comes with radiator
That’s cool! I always appreciate guys making cool new parts for these old trucks.
Thank you!!
Have you sold any of these. One would think after 8 months there would be someone out there that could give some real world feedback...
yes we have
@@CompletePerformance Where? I cannot find any real-world data on this product. I would order today if I could find some data.
@chipschweiss i bought one haven't installed it yet probably this weekend. I'm boutta be the first person to review this thing hhahahah
@@LSMongo How'd the install go?
Well priced honestly, they’re on their site for $1600. I will definitely be doing this.
Did you end up doing it?
I'm super curious about temps! How efficient is it? What's the temperature difference/delta?
Here is a link to the product

Is there any comparison videos of before and after the install?
Not currently
I got to have that for my obs dually
They are pretty cool
@@CompletePerformancethey are the technology for an obs is awesome . I can't wait till they are released
Need to do side by side intake air temp comparison with air to air cooler. Heat soak, radiator size, lots come into play. Need a large radiator such as the size of the 6.7 to keep the water from heat soaking in the system. Whats the pump size? Flow rate etc. Water flow is huge in A2W coolers. But..... there's opportunity to add an interchiller system to this!
What happens if it leaks?
I have a 1995 f350 7.3 stock powerstroke, will this intercooler work for me?
Yes it will for sure
@@CompletePerformance I tried to buy the product but it says they do not ship to my address, I am from Puebla Mexico
Im interested. I expect to see massive EGT drop over my existing intercooler, especially on those hills. Can you show me any evidence of this before i purchase?
Very cool to see!
We thought so
Is there a water pump in this kit to circulate the water?
It uses the factory water pump
So if it uses the factory water pump it's using the same coolant as the engine and the included cooler infront of the radiator is just added capacity?
Looks like a good alternative to air to air system. Want is the comparison to a standard air to air system? What kind of fuel better fuel efficiency does it provide?
Wouldnt an air intercooler be more efficient technically? Because air coming in is still colder the coolant that is circulating?
This is awesome. The question that matters is what is the price point?
Nothing set in stone yet.
Wow the game is changed
Damn i got a whole kit for $500... i bet this cuts down the boost loss by the looks of it?
WHERE ? Tell me meow!
This intercooler is B.A!
It really is...
Christmas is right around the corner lol, better tell your marketing team to get movinnnnnn
Going fast as a stock 7.3 right now haha
This intercooler is B.A!
We thought so
