I've recently discovered there's evening primrose that grows in the backyard as a weed, but I've never seen this flower before: It certainly lives up to its name, as flowers do seem to rejuvenate after dark, the scent to these attractive blooms are delightful. I'm looking to produce an oil to help with psoriasis. I must tell you your skin looks beautiful, I'd never of thought you'd suffered in the past. Thank you for your informative post.
Don’t know if this is related but I started drinking these capsules for my period cramps and I think it’s helped! Didn’t know that these could help with hormonal acne though so That’s interesting to note! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for sharing your results with us!😊 I have known about this for years but not tried it so I am gonna finally buy it and hope for good results🤩 I think after those 4 months you could maybe just take a few pills/week to maintain the results and not spent a lot of money on it..🤷🏻♀️

@@SaskiavonSydow It’s been only hardly 2 months since I take it so I think no.. Still waiting for those results😅 but you really have to give it time as with everything, sometimes even a year..

I followed the packaging instructions (1-2 per day) and I suggest you do the same because every brand could make it in different dosages per capsule, so read the instructions on your product and you should be fine 🙌🏻☺️
Hi Everyone, I have some questions. Is it okay if I take Evening Primerose oil ( Blackmores ) for 3 Months and then I change to another brand which is EPO ( Swisse ) ? Thank you
I started taking evening primrose oil supplements about a month ago to see if they helped my skin and hormonal breakouts. I'm not really sure if they've had any effect but ANYWAYS - I was just prescribed spiro by my dermatologist and I was wondering if it's still ok to take the supplements since both spiro and EPO are supposed to influence your hormones? I'll probably email my derm as well but sometimes she takes a while to respond and I'd like to find out soon since I started taking the spiro but am holding off on the EPO for now.
I was on bc pill for acne since the age of 12, when I got my period. I just went off and my skin is bad again, I'm 42. Thanks so so much for this!

anyone else experienced delayed periods with primrose oil?

Hi, you should wait for your dermatologist to reply since I am not a medical profesional 😊
