FSX Rocket Launch Air Cover Mission | Nostalgia Series Ep.3

- Опубліковано 1 жов 2024
- Is 15 years too soon to be nostalgic about FSX? Maybe for some, but for me, I haven't sat down and used FSX for anything but scenery development since P3D v2 came out in 2013. Even when I was regularly using FSX, it had been years since I touched the missions.
With such a big time gap, one day I found myself sitting down to go back and replay some of the missions, reminiscing on all the fun memories they brought me when I first got FSX nearly 15 years ago.
Out of that, I spontaneously decided to start recording and sharing some of the missions for nostalgic sake.
This is Episode 3 out of many, which I will hopefully be releasing each week on Monday. Just note that because I'm pretty busy, I may miss a week here and there. It all depends on how much time I can devote to recording, editing, and rendering out the videos. Once this first batch is edited, and if the series is appreciated, I'll continue it on.
SERIES UPDATE:
Sorry for the delay in continuing this series! I have been working hard on a scenery that will be coming with the Got Friends Wilga for MSFS and haven't had the time to devote to this series. I have this video and the next two in the series uploaded, so they will now release on scheduled!
Hopefully I'll have some more content coming after SU10 releases! However, I can't make promises as I have a lot on my plate and this channel is a side, side project after all.. but I will certainly try!

Remember lads, at the time of writing FSX is on sale for a mere 5 freedom dollars on steam for those wanting to add it to their collection digitally or get a hit of nostalgia. Looks like the sale ends Sept 27th 2022. ;)
Great fun as always Rotor!
Either buggy mission, or you gotta be exactly at target altitude.
Not a clue on this one. I think not being able to see any of the AI is due to FSX:SE's sucky draw distance. Either way, this mission felt like a lost cause from the beginning. I'm surprised I was still able to complete it.
