I actually made that dress for a different video (my Jared Leto Met Gala vid) so if you want so see how it was made, you can watch that :) But something I strongly suggest would be to get a graduation gown from a thrift store (there are usually lots) and pleat the front to be more form fitting, then throw a belt over it!
Well, I don’t have any social media, but the photo editing app I use lets you post pictures. I’ve tried multiple times to share my profile, but UA-cam seems to be having issues with that link. Anyway, here’s a long winded explanation of my October Challenge: I was really excited about Halloween this year, and I decided to challenge myself to dress up as a character every day of October. My rules for the challenge were that I could only use what I already had, so no costume making. Because of that, a lot of the outfits are more of a homage to a character than an actual replica of them, which is what I normally do. It was a lot of fun though, and I think I was more creative with how I use my clothes then I would have been if I had made them. Plus I got into photo editing, which is a great skill to learn, even though I’m still rather mediocre at it. Thank you so much for replying to my random statement of my recent life events, it really means a lot to me. I am a homeschooling artist/musician/crafter, so naturally you are my favorite UA-camr!

I actually made that dress for a different video (my Jared Leto Met Gala vid) so if you want so see how it was made, you can watch that :) But something I strongly suggest would be to get a graduation gown from a thrift store (there are usually lots) and pleat the front to be more form fitting, then throw a belt over it!

Anyway, here’s a long winded explanation of my October Challenge:
I was really excited about Halloween this year, and I decided to challenge myself to dress up as a character every day of October. My rules for the challenge were that I could only use what I already had, so no costume making. Because of that, a lot of the outfits are more of a homage to a character than an actual replica of them, which is what I normally do. It was a lot of fun though, and I think I was more creative with how I use my clothes then I would have been if I had made them. Plus I got into photo editing, which is a great skill to learn, even though I’m still rather mediocre at it.
