I was expecting some explanation about action of macrophages, neutrophils and other such immunity chemicals in this pathway. May be I am wrong in my understanding (since I am a non medical person).

Geniuses!!!! i just found out about histamines and why fanitidine works for GERD. now i have to find out how Prilosec works and if i should just take fanitidine. and why does butalbital/ acetaminophen/caffeine work, when acetaminophen/caffeine does nothing for my headaches at all??? so thanks so much - your videos are fantastic. i have to concentrate as much as i do when i listen to prof. Great Video. However, Inhibiting PG in stomach does not really increase acid production, but reduce the protective layer around the stomach wall which makes the acidity of the stomach more harmful to it's wall.
great video, but I think you should have talked about the increased cardiovascular incidents with coxibs compaired to nonselective NSAIDS. Only a minor thing, but in the video coxibs are depicted to be without side effects, which is simply not true.

I have severe migraines more than 15 days a month and even Naproxen and Sumatriptan doesn’t help. What else helps?
