    Give this intense tabata dumbbell forearm workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit.     I love your intense 5 mins workouts. I’m only 13 and they’re great because they don’t require weights. And also I would like workouts for kids or muscle build up videos so that I can do a push up. I’m pretty skinny and weak, I can do a pull up but not a push up

    hi just found you're channel and binge watched a ton of the vids. you are amazing mate. I am 15 years old am already have above average strength. This is mainly my biceps though. I would like to like to start targeting other muscles by incorporating the 5 minute work outs with and without body weight .im not really sure how often I should work out those muscles or how to structure what days to rest. Could you possibly give me an idea how to structure working out my biceps, triceps, abs, chest ,traps, shoulders, forearms ECT. For example should traps be worked out everyday? it would be much appreciated if you could help, thanks

    I fucking felt that one. Great routine! Although I suggest everybody to be careful with the drillers. These can hurt your wrist if you start to feel failure and can't control it anymore. I suggest to stop it right before you start feeling failure.

    I had put a comment lately in your 10min fatburning oblique workout..that which one is preferable for 1 set tabata oblique or 10min oblique..😄

      answered you over there Mustafa! - the tabata oblique is oblique specific where the 10 minute oblique is combining a cardio routine with it... if you're just looking to build and define the obliques, the tabata oblique is great and will help shred some fat ... if you're trying to lose even more fat around the area, the 10 minute one! but you could also do the tabata oblique along with a tabata cardio

      kills those forearms no doubt! .. wrist is a bone and you can't workout a bone... by building your forearms, you will make your wrist appear larger and more developed !

    I've heard wrist curls can cause wrist nerve damage over time so I never do them. Just reverse curls and hammer curls. What say you?

      maybe if you do them wrong or way too frequently .. wrist curls are a great exercise to build the forearms .. I have zero concerns doing them

    hey Mike when I do my bicep workout only the lower part of the biceps (just above the elbow) gets the pump and soreness what can I do to train my whole bicep even hammer curls didn't work

      what bicep workout are you doing? all our bicep workouts hit the entire bicep! .. make sure you are coming all the way down and just as important coming all the way up so you don't neglect any specific area ... try some more close grip bicep work to hit the outer head more!

      it may be just where your insertion is Samin .. but the more you build the bicep by hitting its entirety, the thicker and more full the bicep will look .. if you're doing the proper form, it doesn't make sense that only the lower half of the bicep would be growing because I can promise that the routine you're doing hits the whole bicep .. keep utilizing the full ROM and building the bicep as well as the entire arm and shoulder and nothing should be getting neglected !

      you can definitely gain forearm muscle with this routine! the other straight 5 minute routine is more specifically geared toward straight mass but this routine can 100% build as well as more define the forearms ... try doing both dumbbell forearm routines on the channel!

      Sunita Khandelwal are you a starter because the weight is up to you either go for more reps or weight so use light dumbbells if you've never worked your forearms before other wise just do a weight your comfortable with as your only starting the workout
