Give this intense tabata dumbbell ab workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. Your muscles will be feeling sore the next day due to how effective this routine is. Get those abs SHREDDED with this killer workout routine!

8 pack is more than likely genetic! your best chance is to train abs hard and have a really low body fat% .. basically the same principles as to getting a six pack but if your genetics allow, may have to have an even lower body fat %

dumbbells definitely add a more strength aspect Paul! you can't spot reduce belly fat but as you burn total body fat this routine will help build the abs so they are much more visible and yes HIIT workouts are shown to burn more calories thus burning more total body fat!

also make sure you are not hitting the same muscles every day, you need at least 24 hours to let them recover before you work them out again .. what I do for my abs is separate the groupings so I hit a different ab group every day

I have thin arms can u help me with this
abhishek abhishek thickness comes usually with the triceps. train your triceps hard and with correct form and you will see that after a few weeks of training your arms will get thicker. but dont forget that you need to eat properly to build muscle aswell (biceps are important too but thickness comes with the triceps) and if youre a beginner start with seated dips and then regular dips. it hits all 3 heads and is one of the best exercises (in my opinion) for the triceps
