    Give this intense tabata dumbbell ab workout a try! Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) that is designed to expend calories at a faster rate. You will burn more fat from these type of workouts while still being able to build lean muscle mass. The intervals are set up as: 20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. Your muscles will be feeling sore the next day due to how effective this routine is. Get those abs SHREDDED with this killer workout routine!

    You're right Mickey I remember those videos I forgot'em thanks I"ll do my own mixing arms,legs and abs I do 3 series 10 exercises 50 seconds each it really works almost die but I can eat whatever I want thanks buddy Peace 💪.

      8 pack is more than likely genetic! your best chance is to train abs hard and have a really low body fat% .. basically the same principles as to getting a six pack but if your genetics allow, may have to have an even lower body fat %

      Vikas Singh i cant speak for them but from my experience if youre training 9 months with their workouts (with proper form and eating) you will see really good results for sure

    Only two rounds?? For now. This is tough as I expected it to be. 👍🏽 No worries. Tabata circuits are no stranger to me. I’m inconsistent at times.

      yes... 2-3 times per week and since it's tabata styled, if you're a beginner we recommend 3-4, more advanced 4-5

      dumbbells definitely add a more strength aspect Paul! you can't spot reduce belly fat but as you burn total body fat this routine will help build the abs so they are much more visible and yes HIIT workouts are shown to burn more calories thus burning more total body fat!

    I have been doing 1 set of each 5 minutes at home ab workouts and 10 minute full upper body workout a day is that enough?

      make sure you are hitting lower body too!! the 10 minute full lower body version is on Scott Herman's channel - ua-cam.com/video/erKJOb51bCI/v-deo.html
      also make sure you are not hitting the same muscles every day, you need at least 24 hours to let them recover before you work them out again .. what I do for my abs is separate the groupings so I hit a different ab group every day

      abhishek abhishek thickness comes usually with the triceps. train your triceps hard and with correct form and you will see that after a few weeks of training your arms will get thicker. but dont forget that you need to eat properly to build muscle aswell (biceps are important too but thickness comes with the triceps) and if youre a beginner start with seated dips and then regular dips. it hits all 3 heads and is one of the best exercises (in my opinion) for the triceps
