This has been my favorite workout in the last year, afterwards all my pain in the lower back is gone. I do it several times a week and of helps me keep my posture while sitting at the desk
This was way more challenging than I anticipated. I loved it!
Baam...good core!
This is a perfect 12 mins to do before golfing! I am adding this to my golf day routine. Awesome
Hi Carol!!! So glad you found the core videos. Your golf game is going to love this. Big hug
I loved this workout warmup. I did it today before my tournament. I placed in my tournament. I hit the ball solid and had a solid core and stable stance while being able to turn well through the ball. My friends all commented on how well I was hitting! I said it was Dr Adam Fields that helped me hit the ball so well. Thank you! I do love it
I was very layback during the pandemic lockdown and this has weakened my lower back due to excessive sitting while working at home. This exercise really reminds me of the tension and feel good working out in the gym. You can do this in front of your desk at home, or even anywhere without an issue. Really looking forward to improving my lower back strength. Loving it.
Thanks for sharing!
This one was difficult, but I finished it. My form was not always ideal, but it was my first attempt. I preceded this with Day 7 neck and the beginning hip opening videos. I think I deserve to drink my ice cold chocolate protein shake now that is waiting for me in the fridge. Thanks, Dr Fields. Julie (from Brooklyn, NYC)
God bless you for providing this for the public free of charge! I have tried to start pilates on my own but I quickly realized I have terrible alignment issues I needed to address first. Your spinal and shoulder stability videos have felt so amazing! thank you again so very much. I feel I may be able to progress to pilates floor work soon with your help.
Trying to make all of these for people to get a good workout without hurting themselves. Thanks for the feedback and God IS blessing abundantly. : )
Thank you for this section. It seems a intensive hitt routine. I couldn't waiting about this one. I feel softer. Regards!
Adam you are an exercise genius 😎
I couldn't find so effective and doable workout ever🔥🔥 glutes are burning 🔥🔥 thank you 🤠🙏
Awesome! That last move and i'm cooked myself
Thank you so much for master classes!!! I love this methodology!!!! bravo!!!!
You're very welcome, Carlos! Strength is yours!
Thank you I love your knee exercise Video you really helped my knees a lot and now I love the core one too to keep my core keep your videos coming it's wonderful
Thank you much Doc Fields...i really appreciate your videos...excellent job!!! Looking forward for new videos to strenghen the nervous system and the circulatory system.🙏🙏🙏❤️
More to come! thanks for the request
thanks for this!
Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you so much! I feel like this is going to work for me. I was diagnosed with discopathy and was advised by my doctor to strengthen my back muscles, but every back workout I've tried were on the floor, and I realised that most laying back and ab exercises actually hurt my back even more. Because I have no back strength at all, it's hard for me to keep good postures on the floor, but it has always been easier to workout while standing. I'm trying this next week!
You're on it. With a disc problem, do not flex forward. My core videos should be safe for you.
Adam Fields DC Alright. Thank you 😊
Wonderful!
🤯WOW... that was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you thank you.
Blessings 😘
You are so welcome and I'm feeling blessed!
I do this 3 times a week (along with my mobility stretch routine).. and i feel good.. it’s quick & effective… thank you dr Adam
Quick and effective....that should be my slogan : )
I loved this to the point where I had to stop. I realise it may not be for everyone. But I had hoped. I am trying to find a regular routine to try and strengthen my upper and lower back (and core).
This was far too difficult - I had to stop :( I love the exercises chosen though and tried to get through to the end (I did but had to modify a LOT and was absolutely exhausted by the end). To me, this was for a much more advanced person (And younger, faster, more stamina and strength). I tried 'halving' the pace.. just taking it at my own, it was still really difficult. I need to figure out exercises that will work me up TO these.. But I wanted to encourage others to at least TRY this out. I would have to say this is by far one of the most well thought out, thorough and most likely effective workouts to work and strengthen your BODY... looks *Awesome* (I just can't do it ... YET........ )
I love your knee video and I love this core one too thank you they're so Easy to follow and work on.
Keep up the great work, Tammy!
thank you dr adam fields.
You are so welcome, Marie

Still loving this workout! Thank you!
Okay, I'm doing a follow-up for ya, Daniel!
@@dradamfields 👍🏻
this is geat! it's really intense, but not frustrating to do, if that makes sense
I get it. Super intense for me too.
Whew, I’m sweating on this one.
Thanks Doc:)
12 minutes of sweat :-)
HI Dr Fields. I've been doing some of your unique and extremely effective exercises for addressing snoring issues and have found them very useful. Do you have any routine for spondilolisthesis?
You want to focus on core for a spondy. Plank, side plank and Superman exercises in a more neutral position. Having that outer armor of muscles to protect the compromised vertebra on the inside is the key. Try my core videos and see how it goes for you. The one on the mat might fit you well. I'll keep you in mind when designing further videos. Thank you for commenting. It helps me help others.
Thank you, I was in a lot of pain today and is gone!
I love hoe core exercises can decrease pain. Way to go after it, Rosalva
Thanks Dr. Adam! I have done a heap of your classes, 360 breathing, neck, knee & TMJ. They’ve all helped me immensely & brighten my day at the same time 😊 Just wondering which of your videos you recommended for tilted pelvis & SI Joint inflammation? Thanks again 🙏
Thanks Celeste. I like working the glutes for the SI joints and I love ESWT for them. Try my low back on the mat and be cautious as it could flare you up. I would have to see how your pelvis is tilted to really go deeper on the subject.
@@dradamfields thanks so much for the recommendations ! Love all your videos and doing them daily
Do you have something for the sciatic nerves too?... It was hard I go half speed...but can feel it's working...many Thanks...
Specifically for sciatic...not yet. However, do the core videos that you can do on the playlist and i like the 1/2 speed idea, Nancy
Wow these exercises are great. I wish if my Chiro could have suggested them for me. I have really bad sciatic nervr pain in both my legs and pinch nerves in my neck and as well tight muscles. I also have herniated disk in lower back and upper neck. But I know there is a medical name for it but don't know it! I do a lot of walking and run a 5K and 10K at Disney for the past 5 years. Could not do it this year. I am trying this good doctor's excercise. Hope I can get in shape for next year please god!
I am excited that you have found these and try to make these videos safe for people with lumbar disc issues. More core videos coming in the next couple weeks.
Check out the 7-Part neck pain relief exercises ua-cam.com/video/XCFap7diu3E/v-deo.html
Just be careful of bending your head forward with the herniations in your cervical spine.
Keep up the strength and believe for that 10K Nani!
@@dradamfields Thankyou very vety much God Bless!
Dr. Adam...I have a pain on my right neck...I stay all day in front of my computer with two screens (monitors), do you have any videos for necks?
Here ya go...ua-cam.com/video/NLlb2KdLbVc/v-deo.html
hi dc , i have pain in my tmj and when i wanna close my mouth it moves right and left , and there’s voices, i saw ur videos about tmj but can u give me an advice please and thank you soo ♥️
Hi there, It's tough to do workup and diagnosis with a couple of sentences but I would start with my TMJ 1, TMJ 2, Apnea and neck exercises. Then, if you still need help, let me know where you are and I will try to find a specialist for you. Do, at least, one video per day. Two would be preferred.
Wow, looked easy but tough n aching.
Oh yes. A tough 12 min
Should you do these if you have hardware to correct scoliosis from L5-S1 to T-10? And also a herniated disc in the neck, but I have been doing your neck 7 day program.
I don't see a problem with it but really listen to what your body is telling you. I really think you should go to a Biophysics or Pettibon chiropractor to make sure your neck curve is correct. www.idealspine.com or www.pettibonsystem.com
Okay, the first couple of excercises are for me
Great! Keep it up!
ooohhh...my back said thank you Doc!
Rising from the ashes, Phoenix!
@@dradamfields Doc! I got so much homework from my online courses...not able to rise this weekend 🤪
Oh my goodness that pose where you balance on one leg and bring the leg up to touch the butt is impossible after all those stretches phew!!! I am beat haha thank you!
Quite a 12 minutes eh! : )

Hi doc, ok for my BULDGED DISCS l4 l5 s1..??
Yes, but when you are bending down don't go too far and, by all means, keep an arch in your lower back. Check out these also: ua-cam.com/video/Rt3jrFMMwVo/v-deo.html
ua-cam.com/video/hjSYqoTGuIQ/v-deo.html
Never stop working your core, John and see a chiropractor that does corrective care with before and after x-rays.
Thank you for the workout, can you still lift weights with spongy disc
Sorry, I don't know what a "spongy disc" is?
@@dradamfields I think in the US its called bulging disc
I can't lift my right leg what caní I do
Do you recommend this for SI Joint Dysfunction?
If you have pain in extension, you really need to keep your abs engaged while doing it. If you have pain in flexion, you have a 100% green light.
Yes, but if you have pain in extension, make sure your abs are engaged the whole time
Thank you!
are these exercises safe when you suffer from osteoporosis ?
Yes, just don't fall please
Isn't hperextension bad for stenodis
Great question!
First of all, the exercises here are more for supporting the lumbar curve and helping to decrease pressure on the intervertebral discs. That being said, stenosis can be a very challenging condition that responds more to flexion exercises. However, one cannot abandon extension altogether just because they have stenosis. In the long run, living in flexion runs the risk of further stenosis due to a disc bulge or herniation.
There's a balance there between too much pressure on the facet joints in the back of the spine and too much pressure on the discs in the front of the spine.
Lmao when be says good it kinda sounds like the Minecraft oof sound, great video tho!
Oooofa! Thanks much!
Can we do this everyday?
Yesss!
This is great! But my guy you're going so fast lol my knee can't keep up!
Do how often? 2wice a day?
Do one of my core videos per day.
@@dradamfields afyer doing 2nd day in a row today morning, my low back has been in alotta pain, so that means I've done it wrong.. or is it progress? 🙏🏼. Thank you
Gosh this was good but almost killed me 😅😅
The end gets pretty gnarly. Glad you made it through. : )
