I feel like for the power, rather than everything consuming and generating on their own, having a system which tallies how much energy is generated or consumed, and then take away from or give to the energy storage, it will look less janky and would not cause the issue where something is not synced up correctly and doesnt work becaue energy is given to late
I have to do it my way to avoid exploits. And every generator also has capacity built in so you won't run into this issue. It's not really an issue, you'll see.

you should ad some kind of crafter that combines two diffrent materials and turns it into something better (for example metal + circut board = a electronical thing)

It would be faster paced and honestly more enjoyable than normal survival. Maybe bots would attack more often the more pollution you let off.

you should add a way that makes solar panels more profitable late game, like with daynight detectors, energy valves to toggle in out, and maybe make it so only connected machines use power, also seperate energy reserves specifcally for night or we could just make wind farms

It doesnt really make sense to get Watts from burning wood. a Watt is a Joule per Second, since Watt is a unit of power and P=E/t. Really, burning wood should give you energy and you should store energy instead of power. Basically, if a battery stores 1kJ and a machine consumes 1W, you can run it for 1000 seconds if the battery is full. TLDR; Watt is more of a measure of energy consumption than something you would store. Please fix this
make a mod with a yeet tool and yeet engine everytime you yeet a creation or animal you get more yeet energy batteries with those batteries you can power a yeet engine that yeets anything it touches so put the engine on the front of the vehicle and the yeet engine is way to powerful

Cooldown is not really an issue. Spamming drops is gonna make them fly around anyway.
