My dad got Yearly Lump Sum and made more than the others who got hourly and both also got to fly all over the country or travel in a rental (company pays) or use their own vehical (mileage paid) and spend months in hotels (all paid for). This is in California too. They set up new stores, remodeled, or changed layouts for different corporations (like a pet store, a hardware store, buck store, Wallyworlds...)
