    TESTIMONIALS
‘Started hitting the moves laid out in these courses the very next class...extremely uplifting to have such a quick improvement in my game’ - Houston, TX
‘I’m the only white belt in the academy doing these moves…I’m suddenly competing at a blue belt and above level…thanks Coach Tom’ - LA, California
‘Some of the best strategies you are going to see for control and submission’ - London, UK
‘The detailed way Prof Tom breaks down his moves into the absolute essentials is just next level for me. This is absolute gold‘ - Sydney, Australia
‘Most of the guys at my Academy, have about 60lbs on me, but since purchasing your ‘Kimura Attack system’ and ’14 days’ everything has changed. I feel much more confident, roll better and the guys on the mat have commented on the same. Thanks, Coach Tom’ - Dallas, TX
‘I know you have your names for your courses, but I’ve renamed them the ‘Zero to hero’ courses, I went from getting constantly owned, to now being completely dominant on the mat in no time at all’ - San Diego, California
‘I use the course material heaps, and just recently put it into action at a local comp, walked away with double gold. No one was more surprised than me! - Miami, Florida
‘As a new white belt, these classes have helped me so much, Prof Tom’s technique, the details, and his attitude. I love how Prof. Tom shows the ‘mistakes people make’ and then shows the correct way of doing things. The only one I have ever seen do this’ - New York, New York
Great videos, great instruction. I just watch them for hours…Melbourne, Australia
‘The instructional saved me big time at a recent comp, my opponent was def more experienced, but that was ok, coz I had Prof Tom’s video in my brain. Nailed it and scored gold’ - Colorado, Denver
‘All of it. Everything you show in your awesome videos are now my ‘go to techniques’. Thanks for your vids Prof, Tom’ - Houston, TX

This is really a relief for me. I've been in BJJ training for about 7 months now, and I always struggle with mount and side control.
    This is amazing.

I really like these tricky options. I'm a black belt and still learn new stuff all the time! 1st one is really intriguing!

Top shelf content! I love the triangle from bottom side control I hit it all the time. But I've never seen that setup from guard 😎

Bruh I remember when this channel had like 1k subscribers, crazy, have learned great basics from your channel, also great detail for 1st escape reminds me the angle make when pushing. You push more over your up n over your head. instead of away from your chest like a bench press

When you loop the lapel over the foot you can triangle your leg over the top of that foot and get a real good bite on the lapel. Freeing up the hand.

It's like the bump up defend when they got top guard on you and you completely lift them with your hips off of you IF they're not grapevining you

When i was a white belt that triangle from underneath was my gold move, i even summited blue belts and they got really pissed XD. PS you also can do americana with your feet from the same position, just be gentle with the force..

What kind of knot does the blue belt have, I’ve never seen that before. Looks cool.

    Awsome content as always.
I find as a white belt I get stuck with my partner in side control a lot and i am almost just waiting for them to try a sub or try to advance so that i can make a move, especially if they have strong top pressure.
Any tips for when they are in side control, and when i go to shrimp and frame away i seem to always get them do the 'knee on belly' to flatten me back out, or worse the full knee ride. What is the best way to either avoid the knee on belly or to atleast stop it happening so often?

I was taught to never put your arm in between their legs for that exact reason.
If you are goin to cradle someone, need to grab the other leg.
