@@utopia_ok9698 civ 6 will hopefully grow on you Having played humankind, civ6 made the right choice. It’s just too much to plan out district placements carefully in a dispersed map. (If only ai could plan) Humankind had excellent realistic graphics, and the once beautiful land just looks like boring urban sprawl by the end Now if civ 6 had civ 5s feel of lategame military it’d be perfect
I would love to see an identity crisis episode, where we see all the double leaders (Both Suleimans, both Catherines, both Eleanors, both Qin Shi Huangs, both Roosevelts, both Kublais, both Haralds, both Saladins, both Cleopatras and both Victorias) and maybe Secret Societies mode to see the grand betrayals underway! Loving the civ 6 content.
I have been having the worst stomach problems this week and I’ve just sat down (probably going to be here a long old while as it clears out) and I see this. God bless you 😂🥹😭
Very cool video! I found it interesting that the AI seems to have often chosen to raze conquered cities and resettle; in the late game, we saw fewer cities under foreign occupation (like Washington) and most places where once civ pushed back another, they recolonized it with cities in their own language.
How about one with 1) Loyalty ON (without court of love) 2) City States ON 3) Normal city spacing 4) Barbarians ON (normal) 5) Only one major civ per spot (one greece for example) 6) Secret Societies ON

Then.proceed to roll over everyone. With a focus on libraries , universities, and eventually research labs to keep the pace of my discoveries competitive with the democracies and republics. It was FUN.
Are you also planning on doing Civ 5 AI only videos? I think the way Civ 5 is played makes for some really interesting AI only battles (like in the Drew Durnil golden days) and it would probably be easier on your PC too
I hope you repeat this experiment, to see if the AI tends to repeat the same results. Also, what about city states? That's a hugely important dynamic in most Civ VI games; for ex., the role that the militaristic ones esp. play in helping their suzerain overlords win a war. And were these AI building wonders, or were they disabled?
Sad as a Swede that Scandinavia gets shafted in this map. Like you cant even put Stockholm in the correct spot and my home town is WAY of the map further north.
I think it's make more sense to have more distance between US and Japan geographic actual territory in the Pacific and less distance in the Atlantic. Adriatic, Mediterranean sea should be bigger, too, like in the European video.
I got to think that most of our audience is a bunch of hard core fans of Drew-style commenting videos on map videogames. And it's scary, isn't it ? It should be.
15:20 Thoes were japanese cities... the Mayans didnt exist anymore Edit: Nvm you actually adressed that later in the video, also a very entertaining video

When you consider this is a huge map for CIv VI, it really makes you appreciate how big the maps can go in the earlier Civ games.
That's why I never stuck playing Civ6
Yup. I never made the move from Civ V to Civ VI. The maps are too tiny and look too blocky and cartoony to hold my interest.
@@cyberpleb2472I went from Civ VI to Civ V recently and can say I have the same problem with the game. Way too cartoony and blocky.
