You need to add keywords about motorcycle disassembly to the title of the video. I recently disassembled my motorcycle and had a hard time finding a detailed video on where to unscrew things. I ended up unscrewing half of it by intuition. In your video, everything is shown very well, but it doesn't appear in the search results for "disassembly."
Great video. Lots of info on the 2017 and older, but this is the only one I have seen on the 2018 and newer. I read in the manual that after you adjust the TPS, you are supposed to use the Suzuki SDS tool to "Reset the TP fully closed learned value". Were you able to do that?
I adjusted the tp sensor on my 2018 gsxs today, i got the voltage spot on but i had forgitten to put the bike into dealer mode when i made the tp adjustment. So now if i put the bike into dealer mode i am getting c14 and 29 errors as it thinks the voltage is now too high, Is there anyway to make the bike forget the old settings and learn the new ones?
Hello thankyou for your video. I went to Fowlers website but after lots searching cannot find this part number. Can you help me find it. The search doesn’t recognise the part number. Could you tell me the name on the package? Thanks Jeff (Australia)
What a problem this sensor is doing,I adjusting it as you did on your video, but my problem has not been resolved yet.I will try to leave you a link which problem I have.my motorcycle is doing this.
Why does the idle go up when I adjusted the tps (was also mutch to low,i set it in the range 1.1-1.4V closed gas with ignition switch on, engine off), i also checked and calibrate the stps and was also out of specs.
Hello, yes it should be identical. The 2019 should have the improved throttle tube, if you need more information on this watch our heated grips video the part number etc is in that.
It works the same on all gsxs1000's. The only difference between 2015-17 and 17 onwards was they removed the indicator line when you put it in dealer mode. Mine being a 2016 shows this -C00 and 2017 on wards just shows as C00. However this doesn't mean anything anyway (probably why Suzuki remove the feature) you need to check the voltage as per the video and adjust within tolerance. Suzuki have not fixed the on/off throttle it's mildly better but not fixed, I have done throttle tamer, TPS adjustment, pcv 5, autotune, servo delete, secondary air delete, arrow headers, k&n and it's a bit better but it still yanks my chain when I add the mildest throttle input. The only real way to fix this is to have a remap on the ECU, not a tune on the pcv but a actual remap of the OEM ECU, it needs the the fuel cut turning off and a good tuner to tune the lumpy throttle map out. I did a test on mine where I put a permanent live to the fuel so even when the ECU cut it the fuel did not stop, this did improve the bike ridability, I did this as a test not a permanent fix, so it shows my fault is with the fuel cut. I will be getting a remap once this lockdown is over
Same process, the only this is you should reset the value in the power commander after you are finished. Mine never changed though so might not be necessary. Worth doing anyway as it only takes a minute.
if possible a video for the synchronization of the injection and other sensors please! Is the GSX-S1000 workshop book possible to have?

I actually have the same question. Can we just unplug the battery?
I was with you as far as removing the pillion and rider seats, after that it was a case of WTF, I could never manage that lot!

good clear and informative video, when are you doing a remap on the gsxs 1000?
Hi, has adjustment improved anything?
I would like the voltage of the second TPS sensor please, the primary throttle sensor

bonjour ou acheté le cable pour mesuré merci.

Which pins on the tps is the voltage measured from. I can make a lead, but need to know where to measure from.
How can i install servo buddy?? Gsxs1000

Range is 1.10 - 1.14V
Adjustment with warm ore cold motor?
i have a 2018,,got my TPS set to 1.15 closed and 4.50 fully open and it is as smooth as silk....any comments?????.
Yeah - your dogs got tits. How’s that for a comment?
Hi does this apply for a 2019? I just picked one up and was thinking that the throttle was a bit snappy

helpful stuff 👌
Is it a completely different process if a power commander is wired in?
Same process, the only this is you should reset the value in the power commander after you are finished. Mine never changed though so might not be necessary. Worth doing anyway as it only takes a minute.
👍
please someone for help
