Did he really just put a side window on a pc with no cable shroud? This is blasphemy. The sight of all these ugly cables and then adds rainbow throw up as well. It looked good when you painted it white but that was the only decent aesthetic.

I honestly JUST built my buddy almost exactly this. I just used an old rx 470 miner card with gaming bios (bought it for $70) instead of a 1650 and undervolted it slightly where it didn't affect performance at all. Of course I added an SSD as well. EXACT same case and everything except without the tempered glass, etc. for $275
Edit: I had to take apart the GPU's fan and cut it in half to make it fit in the case and mounted the fan that was preventing the card from fitting to increase airflow in the case. It stays VERY cool in there with just one fan, it was an MSI Armor

    • @doctorscalling9479

I know how other people are, I know how they smoke around their consoles/electronics without care. I'm also kinda a chainsmoker, I smoke at least 1 an hour or so, but i do NOT do it around my electronics, or even in my house for that matter, but someone else may not care at all, and may sit blowing their smoke out DIRECTLY into the machine without even having a 2nd thought. And then they sell it, because it 'just stopped working' or whatever, when in reality it's just usually the dust is so built up that that's why it stopped, or they were such heavy smokers that it's too tarred up to start lmfao. To anyone watching this video with the intention of doing this for themselves I want to say that it is totally possible and super easy! I did it myself for a Christmas present for my daughter. My cost was closer to around $360 without the LEDS, magnets, and plexiglass. I had to pay a premium for the graphics card (opted for the OC edition), because it was near Christmas. Paid around $200 for it, but it was still around $100 less than other cards at the time. So timing matters! I still paid about $150 less than a new ps5 and the fps on Fortnite was @130. We're going to add an Xbox controller for wireless gaming and will pay around $400 total for a better more capable gaming system that works well for other applications too. Thanks Oz!

I built this PC end of 2020. That was probably the last time where you could get a 1650 super at 150€. The PC i bought from ebay for 240€. I also added a SSD and 16GB ram for like 120 more so ended at 530 or something like that. I could definitely play and do anything I wanted to do with it and it’s still fast. This also made me confident in building PCs and I built my first PC from the ground up last month. The 500€ PC is going to my mom who recently broke her own and I’m sure its gonna be a significant upgrade. Thx dude!

I find Oz a refreshing change from pc jurnos stating $400 is an entry level GPU. Oz brings the love to low budget and 'everyman' pc gaming.
My fist 'gaming' pc was a Dell optiplex SFF with a low profile gt730. I knew nothing about pc building then but it taught me a lot. The generic PSU was the break point.
    Thanks Oz.

I recently got myself a Dell Optiplex OEM office computer with a Pentium 4 and I installed a Radeon X800 and Windows XP to play all the classic games from that era. I play games on that thing more often than I do on my i7-9700K rig.

love the white look and acrylic side panel, my only suggestion is to paint a one inch boarder in white on your side panel for that manufactured look to hide the metal frame and to paint the interior frame as well.

If you want/need more cores, look into the Dell Precision 3500/3600 series. They run Xeons for around $30 to $50 more used with 400 watt or 600 watt PSUs, so you can replace the Firepro or Quadro that comes with a newer powerful card. Big enough for most cards, but the power cable might push against the side panel.
