To Brad: from a fellow Brad, I’ve made garlic honey consistently since I first saw your video a handful of years ago. It’s a staple in everything I cook and with a little acv it’s cured a cold or flu faster than any over the counter medicine. Yesterday I made a fast basting sauce with garlic honey and kosho and put that on a salmon. I’d like to thank you for changing my life and giving me an ingredient I can say I learned from the other Brad. 💚
I came back to this video just to post and say that I really appreciate you showing support for the bee population and acknowledging their importance to the world. People don't realize that if the bees die to pesticides, humans and everything else will die when nothing is pollinating crops.
The level of quality is insane on these videos. The editing is ingenious and so effortless and especially the music choices are absolutely phenomenal. Brad‘s the greatest host as usual. Really my favorite food channel on the internet right now. Thank you, guys! Looking fit, Brad 🫰
Hmm interesting, never realized that a cranberry kind of looks like a pomegranate on the inside. Oooh the fermented cranberry sauce on a smoked turkey sandwich..yummmm
Brad you are the Mad Scientist of Fermentation. I am so glad you are here on UA-cam. I have been a subscriber to your channel since your first video. I was subscribed to Bon appetite when you was doing It's Alive. My question to you is What type of garlic are you growing in your garden ? I grew Walla Walla garlic this year. I am wanting to try growing Siberian Garlic next fall. Great video as always. Thanks again for all the great content.
Thanks for another fun fermentation! I'm always stoked to see what the next fermentation project is! I got some fermented hot pepper paste in the pipeline that i want to dry a portion of to make a dry rub with. Now you got me looking at fruits! 👀
I love your video . HIGH ON HONEY! 🐝🐝🐝 I am making this fermented cranberry relish. I'm adding pomegranate seeds and the herbs you suggested. This is my first time making this relish. Thank you for the video!!
4:30 I have Goji Berry plants here in Cantabria (North of Spain ), and they grew from a package of dried berries from the supermarket, the plants grow tall stems and need humidity, they dry their leaves quickly in direct sun.

Have you thought about doing something with crabapples? I had a friend that used to make pickled crabapples with her old fashioned crabapples. But you don't have to have an actual old fashioned crabapples. The fruits on an ornamental crabapple work, too. And they make a beautiful rose colored jelly.
Brad Fermenting things and explaining Allicin? Nature is healing.
" I might get sick from that" and "Everyone needs to try one of those" in the same breath is wild
All hail the fermentation station! 🫡
Brad makes a 20 minute video from a 2 minute preparation, and i love it

Carbonic maceration cranberries sounds awesome. If it works like it does in grapes it should promote fruit character!
Try elderberry and garlic and honey fermented will keep away sickness away for decades ❤😂
Love love love this!!!
Any pointers on finding an upgraded cranberry like you’ve got here, all I can find are ocean spray brand bags of sadness.
6:00 any lid to erase the vacuum just tap the sides with a wooden spoon, it always works to let a bit of air in.
It was crystallized honey on the lid threads
Is the secret ingredient … sumac? ❤❤❤
@@elliot-blumberg he revealed..goji berries from his one surviving bush
If you don’t poke or cut them they will give off a fun little show when you open them after fermenting. :)

We need an update on the weed. What strains you growing? What lights you using? I hear Porsche head lights are great grow lights.
The good thing is we were wrong again, bee's are doing fine.
That sounds like it would be amazing on a nicee juicy slice or drum of turkey
I’m going to try this!!!
You’re like my 4th son. By craziness and looks. Appreciate your spontaneity
This video makes me so sad, over the past 2 years i have developed an allergy to cranberries, but i loved them so much
Edmund Fitzgerald so Michigan coded. Love it
I LOVE Jasper Hill Farm cheeses! WHY have I never thought to warm up the Harbison. My favorite is the Eligo. I grew up near there, it's the best.
All hail our new king: the hot water tap.
You're a dork Brad and I love you!

One day brad will finally reveal his theory on garlic and vampires
another good old Garlic rant
Use regular mason jar lids with bands on honey jars. They're less likely to stick.
wow pretty cool
Great video! Oh did I spot a Fingal Ferguson knife on your bench?

Sorry had to post out of order ! Coming weds the 20th
@bradleone thanks Brad!
Edmund Fitzgerald mentioned let’s go
That t-shirt is awesome! Where did you get that?
Nice hiss!
What about fermenting cherries for a old fashion?
So, just to be straight the 1st jar only had whole cranberries and honey and the 2nd jar had the berries, garlic and rosemary??
I miss the time youtubes videos were only 40sec of the exact content and that its.
It’s t that just TikTok ?
10:17 nice hiss
Make some mead, sounds right up your alley!
Better put some sumac in that final cranberry sauce recipe!!
I like the old format better.
missed a real opportunity to talk about the bog spiders Leone
Brad with the head wrap..:probably make a trip to Turkey apropos of this episode. He’ll come through with more hair next season.
high berry cranberry whoops, wrong answer, too high
Going to smash them before adding them to the plain honey. Use as a cheesecake topping.
FERMENTATION STATION LFG
Can you talk a little bit about how to make these fermentations last longer once you’ve made them? Mine go bad before I finish them most of the time
Put in fridge to halt fermentation process
😱♥️
