Easily one of my favorite people to watch on the platform, and I truly appreciate everything you're putting out as well as the spotlight you're shining on other great people.
Kyle is such a precious soul, you just know by the way he talks about his love for what he do and his grandparents. Favourite episode by far! Such a great chemistry between them two!
This has become one of my favorite series on UA-cam, I love how much fun y'all were having in that antique store. I actually have two old rusty cast iron pans that I've held onto but I think now's the time I should try my hand at restoring them. Thanks for the content y'all!!
WHY AM I CRYING? This is so good. Keep up the good work boys. I’m a proud owner of a Cast Iron Kyle skillet that I will continue to cherish for decades to come. Cheers! ❤
@@twelvecatsinatrenchcoat yeah the whole video is about how they connect us with our past and help preserve what came before us and what will be here after us if we choose to care for it. for some (perhaps for many based on the interaction with this video) that is an emotional and sentimental thought to sit with. all respect intended.

I love the energy of the show. After reading the ending credits I have a huge crush on Cast iron Kyle…what a sweet way to honor and remember his loved ones! Thank you for putting such positivity out in the world Brad. More “cookin with Kyle” episodes please
As someone who loves cast iron, it was even greater watching someone who's not only great at what they do but has such an infectious, personable character such as Kyle. Just came across his instagram page two days before watching this, it was great hearing the man behind the videos dive deep into his passion and life journey.
Incredible episode. Seeing Brad dive into Kyle's element is so cool. You see Kyle's excitement for his craft, the community, and sharing his family's story. Well done guys!
Thanks Brad and Kyle for this video, Alzheimer’s a terrible thing, my grandma passed away after years dealing with that, and what Kyle said strung a cord in my heart because my family always did that, every opportunity we have we would make her the meals we knew she loved.
I was watching this video on my tv which doesn’t allow me to comment, had to hop on my phone to post this. What an incredible episode. Dudes so infectious. Love his passion and love the idea of cast irons locking in memories and being used for many generations . Really loved this episode! Thank you brad!
Cast Iron Kyle...that's a dang cool name man! Loved the energy and overall vibe in this, production quality was moi 👌 I currently am taking care of my mother with dementia. A good hearty meal is the highlight of her day, poor mom. Gets the dopamine firing up like nothing else. Good food is a real blessing in a tough world.
I .. I didn't come here to have feelings! But I did! Thanks Brad, this is the best Local Legends yet. And if you read this, thank you for sharing so much of yourself in this video, Kyle .. I have some cast iron to restore!
This episode gave me all the warm fuzzies. From the story telling, to the antique picking, to the dynamic of bushel boy and cast iron Kyle. Could watch you two all day!
This video is much better then the first. Brad is naturally goofy, lovable and informing he doesn't need to ham it up to get our attention. Also the shots are much better with good frames. 👍

Man, the 1st 6 mins had me almost in tears. People dont hold onto what their family has or does anymore.. Cast Iron really highlights it and showcases how, "things aint made like they use to be" mentality.
Holy shit, my name is Kyle, my mothers father had Alzheimers, and I have *SO* many food related stories about him. His "fried pork chop" story was grilled cheese and Campbells tomato soup. Wild.
I have a Wagner ware 8inch skillet, my husband found it in a flea market for $5, yes $5 because in my country ppl dont really know about cast iron and/or think is too much work, so I'm the proud owner of a wagner skillet all the way down in Chile 🎉
Oh my gosh…my dad was stationed at Ft. Dix and we spent a few years living in one of those barracks! ❤️ I love my cast iron and this was a spectacular episode! Love your new channel!
I've got a couple of cast-iron skillets from my grandma when she was first married. I can verify she was using them daily until she went into a nursing home and they are excellently seasoned. When I use them they taste of history, and they are the perfect size to make a small batch of skillet corn bread. Dang, now I'm hungry for skillet corn bread!
I've fallen in love with vintage iron since I got my grandma's rusted pan that she used daily... my mom failed to care for it and I brought it back to life and have been obsessed ever since. Just recieved my grandpa's iron last week from the other side of the family. He used a No. 5 Griswold every single morning for his eggs.
Just an example how things can grow exponentially, in this case the love and and admiration Kyle got from his grandparents. What a lovely thing. Brads doing it too
Absolutely love Brad and have watched all his videos/channels and this one is hands down the best! I could go on forever like the friendship him and the legendary Cast Iron Kyle have...
Great episode. You can truly feel the love from kyle which is the life blood of which Brad survives on 😂 best episode yet. Would love to see more of you two ❤
