Local legends has to be by far the most wholesome series on UA-cam. Every video release I sit down and watch it with my little boy. I hope the series is still going once he gets older and is old enough to understand all the work that goes into great products such as Annie's.
Annie’s work ethic, accent, and pride in her family history are so endearing! I’ll have to keep my eye out for some Annie’s Crannies, thanks for introducing us Brad
This is my favorite Local Legends episode so far. A huge round of applause to the team for capturing what makes small town America one of the greatest things on the planet.
You truly have one of the best channels out here. What a beautiful story and history of family and tradition. Thank you and please keep this type of content coming. You are truly an original!!!!! Blessings to you and your family!!!!!!!!!!
I always love your Local Legends episodes Brad, but this one was really celebrates something and someone truly worth celebrating. Well done and thank you for introducing the world to this history, this dying art and this hardworking and self made woman known as Annie. She is why I choose to buy local.
Love this. Makes me want to find examples where this bittersweet ending isn't the ending - how do we shift our economy and buying habits to make this type of farming sustainable indefinitely?
Why did this video make me cry? You're so good at telling these important, endearing stories that would otherwise be left behind and for that I thank you!
I was just telling my husband how sad it is that people don't value traditions being passed down through the generations before I came across this video and it made me really emotional watching this! Annie is truly amazing ❤ I loved the antique seperater and her Lucy picker 😂 thank you so much for giving people like Annie a spotlight and showing us that there are still people out in the world who care about passing on traditions, keeping the past alive, and doing the hard work to get things done in a way that honors those values and produces the best product.
I LOVE this series Brad and crew! It's by far my favorite, it's scratching that "how it's made" itch. The people are interesting, and I'm learning things I never knew! Please keep this show going literally forever
Richmond B.C and the valley out side of Vancouver Canada produces some of the best cranberry's in the world .. plus our seafood is some of the best bar non .. you and matty should do a British Columbia tour so many good people and culture .. would love to see it .. love your content brad your a legend .. never change

Yes, third comment.. At the end and when she was talking about the hard times and the payoff, Truly helped inspire me to be a better stay at home mom and homeschooler to my two beautiful little monsters.
This might just be my favorite remotes you've done Brad. Annie comes off as such a dedicated, sincere person with so much love for what she does and for her community/family. Got me a little choked up at the end there if I'm being honest.
A wonderful slice of American history fit for the week before Thanksgiving. Thank you Annie for keeping your family bog going and hats off to you Brad for showcasing this story.
I'm such a huge fan of local places and supporting them whenever possible. I also wanted to point out that that big popular brand is a cranberry growers collective, and their processing plants are unionized! So don't feel bad if that's what you can afford/have access to!

This episode deserves an Emmy! Why isn’t it part of the Local Legends series? I love that series!
My brother manages a 200 acre cranberry marsh in central Wisconsin. They have 50 beds that grow berries for Ocean Spray. Its huge!
Ah, so wet farming. The antithesis of this video
What a fantastic video, no other food channels are bringing you to the source like Brad’s videos.
