Bad Yogi, you are wayyyyy too fast to follow. you go from one move to another to another too quick to undedstand what's coming next. Go easy - I 'm just a beginner

Great! I did it after my run, it felt great! Also, I loooveeee the first stretch! You used it in one of your older classes and it's my favourite quad stretch. It hurts so good!
