Just bought one! As someone who’s been playing on a Fnatic dash where the top layer has separated from its base I just can’t wait to play on a pad this highly recommended hehehe
My raiden mid just arrived today and I already had a Hien soft and zero soft and I think the raiden is gonna end up being my main pad but I do wanna try the new updated Hayate Otsu. Love your reviews man hope you had a merry Christmas
Using mine with a viper mini and legit took me a month to get used to it since it was so slick. If only it wasn't so expensive, or else I would have picked up another one. Hoping this one will last me at least a year
@@lumiel2453 The pad is still slick and fast! The speed has tampered off a little but not sure if that just me getting used to it, mouse feet could be worn, and/or pad might be a little dirty. The only downside I would say is even the Large size can feel small if you play on very low sens. Smoothness and speedwise, it is definitely still faster than the cloth pads I've tried even when they are brand new!
@@amoureux9688 Yup! Using a g pro superlight with it! Not as slick as new but still more than any other cloth pad I've used. About 2-3hr of usage a day so ymmv for sure. Only downside is the size, wish it was larger
To everyone thinking about buying this pad: This shit is a fuckin dust magnet, be ready to wash this thing regularly if you want a clean pad. Also, specks of dust on your mouse feet can affect the glide. Its not too game breaking, but its something to be aware about if you're tryna make your mouse fly.
HI, i just wanna ask is the vancer ice faster or slower than this bc ive been using the vancer ice and it is starting to go slow asf and im thinking of getting a new pad
how easy is it to clean/how dirty does it get? i want to avoid having to wash it. i currently have glass mouse skates on a gpro superlight, glorious air mousepad. my only issue is that the glass abrades the polycarbinate overtime and i want to see if i can avoid buying mousepads every few months
i have it. it is good for few day but it get slower fast. 7 month and it is a fucking slow as fuck. not worth it. buy a known artisan mousepad with good durability :D
@@sonnyyu386 ninja fx artisan hien soft. a quick mousepad with good amount of control. have more speed then stopping power. has a rough texture so if your skin is very sensitive that might be a problem but most likely it will be fine. also very sexy red wine color if you buy one make sure you take the red one the color make your aim better 100%

I use fast/hard pads on valorant and I love it. Never really had any issues with overshoot. I use a 200/220 edpi though, so that may be why other people have trouble. To me fast feels like my brain doesn’t have to think it just happens, I instantly headshot.
@@WARnTEA are you still using this. I really want a fast pad that feels fast like having mouse on wood desk. Any recommendations? I am thinking about skypad as one cause I know that glass is fast.
@@Torestar1 I switched to a Hyate Otsu which isn't as fast but with good skates its pretty close, maybe a little more control. My old Raiden started slowing down a little after 9 months. While I didn't have much issue with the mice I used on the Raiden, part of the reason I went with the Otsu is for the peace of mind that my mouse sensor won't mess up, because the Raiden can have some spinouts and I don't think it tracks as accurate. Skypad 3.0 might be good, but there are some cons to using it that you might not care about. If you aim with your arm, you will probably need to get a sleeve since skin sticks to glass. Also, the 3.0 is much thinner and probably better but it can be a little uncomfortable if you rest your whole arm on your desk due to the lip on the bottom. Also, if you have dust or something on a glass pad it can scratch you skates when the cushioning on a cloth pad would just push the dust into the pad. Honestly though, these cons aren't that bad considering that mousepads are pretty expensive and a glass mousepad would last forever. Personally, I don't own a glass pad because I aim with with my arm and wrist, and rest my whole arm on the desk using my elbow/forearm as my pivot point with my wrist floating above the pad. Artisan has announced that they have a new clothpad series coming out within the next year which might be the answer to your prayers. The most expensive part of a mousepad is the base/rubber, so Artisan is trying to find the perfect adhesive strength to allow people to pull the cloth off of the base and replace just the cloth part and keep reusing their pad. They said the first model will be using the Shiden Kai and as you might know, that is one of Artisans fastest pads due to it having a glass bead coating on the top, but the problem is that the coating doesn't last as long as just a normal cloth pad. Hopefully the price of replacement tops are super cheap and will make that pad the GOAT for people like us, but time will tell.
