The fact that this saw has a track coming out, elevates it in my eyes!
I thought it was going to be another stupid saw review (we have so many of those.), but this turned out to be very interesting because of the track. I can’t wait to see it in action when the track comes out!
Yeah, I was happy to see the tracks. I'll get my hands on them when they come out and test them 👊
SKIL is one of the best affordable brands on the market. Appreciate the review.
What's up Mastering ! Appreciate the comment and feedback brother 👊👊
@@ToolReviewZone what’s up! Just enjoying my day off. Getting ready to get back to work tomorrow. Always appreciate the content 🙂
Real Nass Like!
Its cool to see new Skil tools. Im really interested in their bench top tools that just came out but waiting a little to see into more reviews on those. Thanks for posting.
As frustratingly slow as Skil's pacing of new tool announcements/releases has been, the fact that every tool they showcase has forward-thinking features that hint at what R&D is working on next keeps me hooked. Pound for pound, Skil is the best DIY line, I just wished they were more aggressive about competing with Ryobi's variety.
They seem to be stepping it up for sure. Glad to see it too
I always used DeWalt miter saws and table saws and my dad uses the same and I bought my dad the Skil 10-inch miter saw just because it's so much lighter than DeWalt miter saws. But also paid $250 dollars for it and it works perfectly fine so when it comes to saws Skil they make perfectly good saws at great prices. TRZ great video brother.💯👍

We are going to need you to do a review on Paint Glow UV Neon Nail Polishes and compare which lasts longer on tools. So many choices, which one to use to highlight numbers.
Hahaha, which colors🤣🤣
I have the Skill PWRCore 20 double battery 7 1/4 rear handled saw. I dig it and it is sweet sweet.
💯
Appreciate the feedback brother 👊

In the last couple of month's I have really expanded my tool room/job ability and proficiency by adding a couple of piece's that really make a difference in my day to day. One was investing in Ridgid's Subcompact line with the 18V Max Output platform. The light weight ergonomical design not only keeps you fresh but they fit into tight spot's alleviating the necessity to change/add and just continue on working. There's so much that goes into every job but one little thing like that can be the real game changers you didn't see coming.
🔥⚡💯⚡🔥
I'm happy you are expanding CCFIF. Sounds like you life is a bit easier with the new tools, and that makes me happy brother 👊

I installed retractable reels for power, air and water from the front side ceiling of my garage. Husky 50 ft power and air, then Giraffe 130' 1/2 inch water. All enclosed and notch stop retractable design. That has made a huge difference in having to unroll, roll, clean off and avoid on the ground situations. This was a goal of mine back in February and realized it beginning of March. It took some doing based on not wanting to pay retail price's. I made out like a bandit for $170 total when you consider the Giraffe Tools piece retail's for $229.00 by itself.
Winner Winner Chicken Dinner.
🤣💯😏
Very informative, thank you
Thanks RC 👊
TRZ! There is a reason why, before purchasing any tool, I see if you have a review on it first! Another great review.
Appreciate you Mike 👊
I own the BOSCH Bare-Tool CCS180B 18-Volt Lithium-Ion 6-1/2 it is track saw ready on the bottom I do have a skill saw 5485 13 amp got it on sale think $29 at Lowe's in 2009 but that is nice Clint if I was not on bosch platform I would get this last time I try to cordless skill was when Bosch owned that cordless circular saw was not so powerful glad to see them coming back from the dead more and more Bosch almost destroyed the company lol
awesome video clint, thanks👊
Thanks 11 👊👊👊
You have some serious skil right there my friend that's real nas like!!
I see what you did there Elegance!!! 👊👊👊
Any idea on if it will fit track guides besides the one they are releasing for it? Wen, powertec or w.e.
Iv the milwaukee. It annoys the heck out of me as it jams the gard all the time. That one looks smooooth, and gd price👌
👏👏👏👏I sure wish that my corded Skillsaw circular saw had the blade brake like this one has. May have investigate this one closer up. Keep’m coming 🙂
Buy this one

Out of curiosity: how would you compare his saw with the Craftsman brushless (CMCS550B)? I'm on the fence, and don't know which side to jump: Craftsman or Skil. Any advice, please? I'm currently building a cordless toolkit to have around the house, the first two tools I need to buy are a circular saw and an angle grinder. It seems that Craftsman has the upper hand in terms of higher capacity battery available (9Ah vs 5Ah), but I'm more interested in the tool's reliability... Any oppinions?
Do they make a right hand version!?
This is pretty impressive I did foresee this when the high-end version of this brand came out with the worm drive cordless I said it's a matter of time before they have a cordless sidewinder come on the the manufacturer of this brand already released one under kobalts brand masterforce and flex so we know it was coming this is a cordless modern version of my 13 am skill saw at least rpm has a the LED light blade lock always hated having skill saws regular sidewinders that didn't have the can I use a screwdriver before I learned that you can use an impact release the bolt but I see it's still have the same type of blade guard with the SAG guard leftover from Bosch
they just need it left drive and it would be real niceee likeeee
The big saw comes in the kit?
Edit: nvmd, when you said kit I thought you meant "kit" like one of those starter packs
Looks alot like kobalt and flex funny that they are all under the same roof
Yep, they share the same DNA with kobalt and flex
Hi Clint, I’ve used skil it’s decent, it’s diy for me, unless it’s corded, the one you have I don’t find it pro worthy! In my opinion,
Appreciate the feedback Robert 👊
Try cutting 1/16 and see if guide catches,
I have the pwrcore 12v....sucks without the 4ah battery.
@toolreviewzone...can this saw use the kreg accu cut ?
Should have any issues brother
@Tool Review Zone did you try it on any existing track that is available like the Wen track, you can probably do a video to demonstrate same.....you know...nicceeeee likeee
@@electronicwizardsolartech I actually got their skill track that it works with today. Should work just like a track saw. I'll try to post it tomorrow 👊
@@ToolReviewZone that is really nicceee likeeee
@Tool Review Zone ...looking forward for the video. Also, if possible, you can try other tracks on the saw.... would be niceee likeee
Cutting trackless with my left hand would be too weird for me.
Damnit Skil! You make me regret Ryobi!
🤣🤣
Great price
Kentucky 👊👊👊
Oooooooohhhhhhh! Nass-like.
I'm not first this time and that's not real nicelike. But I'm here now 😅
