      are they more of a street/drag tire?

    • @lmfscrew
      @lmfscrew  7 років тому

      Yes. It's a street radial.

      ah I'm looking at their street comp.

      @@lmfscrew dodged used pzero to give a false sense of power addition. Aye, its fun, as long as you drive reasonable. When the car came out, it was untouchable for any other stock American car so they didn't care if it hooked or not.

    looks good btw need some new tires on mine. is there a space where the fender line meets the quarter panel in the rear on your hc?

    One reason, fuel economy. I remember a Ford exec talking about it when they introduced the '13 GT500, which had 285s. Rolling resistance was brought up. Dodge should have offered a tire package, but then again, Dodge would have to pull their heads out of their asses.

    I am thinking about getting this same tires.for my cat. Any issues? Any rubbing against fenders? Any changes required to accommodate these tires? Thanks. Cheers.

    How did these tires hold up? Did you get more than 1000 miles out of them?

    • @lmfscrew

      3k miles on them now. They still have good tread.

    I'm looking to put 305 35t 20s on the rear with a 20×11" rim. Will I need spacers or need to do any extra work to make them fit without problems? Or will i be okay?

    What psi do you run on the street? I run 16 to 18 get way better traction best 0 to 60 3.9 average is 4.1 on the mt street ss but my 1/4 is the same as a stock tire 12.4 any advice?

    • @MrCharmz81
      @MrCharmz81 6 років тому

      392 scatpack 2016 by the way.

    • @lmfscrew
      @lmfscrew  6 років тому

      Typically running around 30 on the street. You will be eating up the tire running that low daily. We ran it at 20psi at the track i believe and ran a 11.1 first time out. There was a boosted 392 there with 275/18s there running 11.4s. Whats your 60'?

    Thanks for posting. Any issues since installing the 305 ? Never could find a supported answer. Also could you do acceleration video displaying horsepower on SRT pages? I have 3k on my charger and only getting 650hp on SRT pages. Thanks much

      Jo Sosa I put 305 Mickeys on my rear.. what else should I do to make my Hellcat faster, without screwing withe the warranty? Should I buy a K&N air filter?

    • @jackstandmafia8611
      @jackstandmafia8611 7 років тому

      NinjaWarriorDude If you put on 305's on the back you are playing with fire if you didn't change out the driveshaft. New driveshaft=0 warranty.

    • @NinjaWarriorDude416
      @NinjaWarriorDude416 7 років тому +1

      Is it a common problem that the drive shaft breaks from just having 305's on the back wheels?

    • @angelofranzoi1860
      @angelofranzoi1860 5 років тому

      Thats stupid because you get tire bubble and that gives you the same size contact point so buy replica rims ment for 305

  • @jimmyt7514
    @jimmyt7514 7 років тому

    Yeah but, different tire thread in the front?? it looks cheezzy.. 35's in the back & 40's in the front, doesn't look too bad at all..but great info buddy, I'm going with 315x35x20 on mine..

    • @lmfscrew
      @lmfscrew  7 років тому +1

      Idk if you're aware but It's a street radial you can't run the same tire in the front lol looks pretty awesome to me with the big meat out back. To each his own tho. Have fun finding traction without running a street radial.

    • @jimmyt7514
      @jimmyt7514 7 років тому

      Copy, 275's not available in the same thread,?? the rear looks great, don't get me wrong..

    • @lmfscrew

      Nope they don't make these for fronts in any size

  • @phillipjoy8191

    Did they mount ok on the stock wheels?

    • @amnscottnn5481
      @amnscottnn5481 7 років тому +1

      Depends on your wheel base. If you have a 9 in wide wheel, for example, you should be able to mount a 275 just fine. Anything more will be near impossible to mount.

    • @ssj02
      @ssj02 6 років тому

      I would have thought saw as well but in this video he is mounting the tires on the stock wheels! I think a 305 on a 9 inch is quite difficult to do.

    Putting 315 on a little rim is %100 pointless . All show no go

      And. No driving. What a shame

    • @lmfscrew
      @lmfscrew  6 років тому +1

      Its a 305 not 315 but it is anything but pointless. They work perfectly. Car hooks and runs like a monster. Track and street.
