    Legumes (beans and lentils) are the highest sources of folate. Why not mention them

    Folic Acid in foods is not the same! Especially if you have the MTFHR mutation.

    Idk what ppt is, can u do 1 I been thinking about diet, and it involves the running off of the nutrients in raw spinach, say eat only bulk calcium 2 hrs apart from ingesting the spinach but a small amount maybe even the calcium produced by cooking some spinach will keep u from developing kidney stones, also and have heard something about loading an unloading of ions, also have experienced ph balance food sickness, ",u eat things throw off the base too much", my idea is starting the metabolism early in the day by breakfast, and been told that ur body will eventually definitely remember, "also hot shower may produce white cells", what time u ate, and will start early energy production l, basically upped metabolism, and would like to test it with several smalls meals, same time, so the idea is to get like the Krebs cycle train loaded, like kachava maybe as compounding keylating ligands, qlong with orange juice, non ascorbic acid, to get calcium intake as part of the bone strengthening process, also would like to say heard sunflower seed lecithin is more viable ligand wise, makes body absorb higher % nutrient intake, also would state I believe the average bear needs about half of daily recommendations of potassium most likely, and instead of bananas my dad won't eat because of diabetes, protein is used in all processes, an the good sources of it I've found are potatoes, milk, beans, also lecithin is supposedly in eggs along with the b12 that would Hage been ur banana, so a breakfast of a single egg would not only start ur metabolism early but u could eat something else. And try the bunch of small meals, also would like to mention, out of the 3 omega branches, it only takes like 2 spoon fulls of the plant, oddly both usually fish meat branches can be utterly replaced an then some, by algea supposedly, which is the most easily assimilated at all probably. + normal ligand intake makes soy bean lecithin fail to be viable for colegn "brain wrap", if sunflower seed does it also, basically the experiment, is to attempt to ultra maximize energy production from the Krebs cycle that has something to do with ions loading unloading simultaneously if needed during eating, also would point out salt is used to kick stuff out of cells, explanation I seen shows that even afterwards it may just linger water soluble, and then basically the cell may have to repeatedly kick the same substance out an absorb it, until it runs out of salt energy pools up fails to process energy right and eventually can self flush or suicide basically, and salt is need to transfer potassium, also in the autocorrect I seen something about ants and I remembered that and eventually had to live off of being mushroom Farmers because during extinction level events they had to use only mushrooms for too long so now they're castrated from being Hunter together types as an option to survive that

    So, could folate lacking, or not absorbing properly, interrupt purine metabolism? So, could it lend to developing gout in some limited capacity?

    I believe folate is first acted on by intestinal conjugase and then dhfr

    Dr.s in the U.S. recommend 800mcgs in pregnancy. Or they did for my wife. Told us it was a new recommendation. That was 2013.

    WHY do youtubers on this subject ONLY seem to mention folate sources as leafy green veg first, WHEN MEAT (organ meats especially) are MUCH higher in folate than vegetables...... i don't get it - why is this? Is it political or what?

    • @galaxymetta5974
      @galaxymetta5974 Рік тому +1

      You are not correct. 84g of beef liver, beef and chicken only have 215 mcg, 7mcg and 3 mcg of folate respectively.
      Whereas half cup of boiled spinach contains 131 mcg of folate. So overall leafy green vegetables do contain more folate than meat.
