  • Super Simple 😆!! Made with healthy carbs from oatmeal, healthy fats from nuts and olive oil, and chia seeds which are great for your diet and digestion!
    Although it might feel more like a nut bar than bread because of the ingredients,
    the outside is crispy, the inside is moist making it perfect for mealtime bread❤️
    [Ingredients]
    For one large loaf pan (155×75×65mm)
    Dry Ingredients
    Rolled Oats: 85g
    Sunflower Seeds: 56g (recommended!!)
    Sesame Seeds: 10g
    Pumpkin Seeds: 25g
    Chia Seeds: 10g (irreplaceable)
    Salt: 1.5g
    Erythritol (sugar substitute): 10g
    Dried Cranberries: 20g
    Wet Ingredients
    Large Egg (room temperature): 1
    Olive Oil: 20g
    Water (room temperature): 100g
    *Feel free to use your favorite seeds and nuts. Chia seeds are essential for texture!
    *All liquid ingredients should be at room temperature.
    *Adjust the amount of sweetener and cranberries to taste.
    *Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes!
