    Hello viewers the best solutions to control or to stop nightfall are:-
    1)Don't eat at nights or evening and eat breakfast and lunch and try to complete lunch before 3pm
    2)Eat limitedly to intake low calories
    3)Do Pelvic floor exercises along with the normal workouts
    4)Do bath daily before sleep
    5) Don't eat sweets for to avoid more calories
    6)Don't eat more quantity of rice for to intake low calories
    6)Don't eat more spicy foods 7)Sleep by turn left side
    8)Don't eat nonveg
    9) Drink buttermilk at evenings to make body cool
    10)If you eating Roti or chapathi eat 2 or 3 only dont eat more
    11)And if eat the dryfruits, nuts, Fruits, sprouts in place of roti or chapathi or Rice and but eat those eat the dryfruits, nuts, Fruits, sprouts limitedly
    *Do all these daily to control or to stop nightfall
    *After Nightfall stopped you will see these changes come in body like:-
    1)skin will became Tight like became young slin like
    2)Hair fall reduce
    3)Hand's wrist size became thick
    And some many good things will done in body if stopped nightfall
