Great video .. Simultaneously happy and sad that my neighborhood Rice Military didn’t make the list. Several entry points and access to Memorial Park and the smorgasbord of bars and eateries on Washington make this a city-lovers dream neighborhood. Memorial Drive is the best scenic shortcut through the middle of the city and there is easy access to freeways and the heights. The super Narrow streets in most of the neighborhoods of Rice Mil make it an amazing hood to walk your dog or take an evening stroll

Sadly the nice part of spring branch is very small with hardly ever homes available majority of spring branch is ghetto

Jaden...I just knew my neighborhood would be on here...Im in the historic theatrical district...sixth ward...we have parades...any type of food you'd want to eat..rock climbing...indoor miniature golf...right at Eleanor Tinsley Park...everyone walks their dogs...I feel cheated!...lol

Good work! Nice informative video seems fairly accurate. Make one on the neighborhood north of Downtown that is known as The Near North Side, also know as North Central. It's area East of the Woodland Heights and West of 5th Ward.

I love the heights but I can’t help but think it used to be a majority hispanic lower middle class neighborhood , although really glad it’s gotten better
