I know this video is a bit old, but I'm not sure if I heard if the shell casings were inspected. It's possible that a pierced primer even not visible to the naked eye could shoot a hot jet of gas right into the firing pin channel freezing things up. Possible pressure interaction with the extractor as well.
That’s a great point sir. No I hadn’t thought of that at the time and didn’t inspect cases; it very well could have been that thanks for bringing it up
I have been using a lot of different guns in the past 40years and I find that Graphite is a better lubricant for bots and firing pins - Oil just holds too much gunk and take more cleaning
Let me tell yall the truth about some guns every gun maker out their going to have issues with a lot of their guns from stove pipes to ejector problems and so on,what i found out by guns that have these problems are guns that like to be ran wet meaning use grease, yes like the kind you use to grease up your ball barrings and joints on your car use a high temperature one it dont take a lot just put a little on your gun sliding metal parts or plastics i guarantee you want have those problems i just mentioned or the ones this guy having with his expensive Kriss Vector, see that grease stays were you put it at it dont run off all over the gun were you occasionally have to keep wiping off the excessive gun oil off the gun plus you dont have to clean your gun but twice a year sometimes just once because the grease dont burn or run off or gum up because of heat. I use lucus red & tacky grease and mobile 1 grease products you cant go wrong with either one,so give them a try i guarantee your gun will run better smoother and flawless. Oh yeah plus your gun will run ammo that it didn't like when you was using gun oils that grease will let that gun run all brands of ammunition.
what modifications did you make before you tested the ammo? It looks like you did something to it beforehand. If that's the case, it's to be expected. These weapons are not your run of the mill AR-15 they like everything to be stock.
I don't understand why you would not have Kriss fix it for you. Like another commenter, I bought the 45 and am in the waiting period to pick it up. I was able to shoot it though and it shot very smoothly. After handling so much 9mm, I'd forgotten what a big fat round the 45 acp is. Holes in the target seemed gigantic in comparison.
Good content as always 👍 picking mine up in a couple days, I went with the .45acp
Thanks! Rock on man have fun with it!
Tip: use a brass rod when pounding-out stuck pins as it will reduce some of the collateral damage.

Interesting do you have any products in particular you use or do you get straight graphite from somewhere?
I get fine grafite from a shop that sells lead and tools for lead lights repairs and polishing
@@michaelking7231 Okay, I’ll look into this. Thanks.
Respect the mental health psa
I need to take better care of my tools too

I took the barrel shroud off, nothing functionally different
Is the stock changeable? to the classic one not the AR stock you have?
yes
