    I just made this casserole for dinner tonight for my boyfriend and I and we love it, it tastes great thank you for sharing this look forward to seeing more food videos! It turned out perfect when I made it I used both brocoli and cauliflower plus marble cheese.:)

    I'm thinking that some diced ham on top of the brocoli or perhaps the potatoes before you added the cheese would be nice.

    thank you for this delicious recipe and it is unique too ! great job showing all the recipe steps. I only wish you had served some into a plate so we could see the consistency. does it hold together per se, or more creamy like ? Cheers and thanks again !

    The caccavelle with broccoli cream and potatoes enriched with crispy croutons to be accompanied by meat or fish.
    Ingredients:
    Caccavelle pasta
    Cream of broccoli
    1 medium potatoes, diced
    Salt
    Pepper
    olive oil
    Breadcrumbs

      100 g fennel
      100 g cauliflower
      ground cinnamon to taste
      30 g flaked almonds
      ... for the spring caccavella ...
      100 g ricotta
      half an artichoke
      2 asparagus
      50 g fresh broad beans
      50 g fresh peas
      1 fresh onion
      chopped parsley to taste
      mallow flowers to taste
      ... for the summer caccavella ...
      100 g La Fiammante tomato puree
      1 eggplant
      80 g provolone
      4/5 fresh cluster tomatoes
      fresh basil to taste
      powdered sugar to taste
      ... for the autumn caccavella ...
      100 g bechamel
      100 pumpkin
      80 g fresh porcini mushrooms
      some yellow cherry tomatoes La Fiammante gourmet line
      curry powder to taste
      rosemary to taste

      Thickening: Butter/Oil/Flour/Cornstarch/Cheese
      Liquid: Broth/Sour Cream/Milk/Heavy Cream

      Grilled Tuscan Pork Loin
      2 1 lb pork tenderloins
      1½ tbsp minced garlic (5 or 6 cloves)
      1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
      2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
      1½ tsp grated lemon zest
      ½ tsp rubbed sage
      ½ cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (4 lemons)
      ¼ cup honey
      1 tbsp kosher salt
      few turns freshly ground black pepper
      ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
      1. Rinse tenderloins and pat dry. Trim off silver membrane and place in a sealable 1-gallon plastic bag.
      2. Combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, zest and sage in a small bowl. Whisk in lemon juice and honey until dissolved. Add salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Pour mixture into tenderloin bag. Squeeze out air and seal. Turn to ensure meat is well coated. Let marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or optimally overnight.
      3. Remove pork from refrigerator. Heat grill on medium-high 10-15 minutes. Brush grates liberally with oil.
      4. Pull tenderloins from marinade and place on preheated grill. Grill 4 minutes, lid closed, flip, grill 4 minutes, lid closed. Flip again, and grill 4 minutes, lid closed. Flip pork one more time, turn off heat, close lid and let rest on grill 6 minutes.
      5. Transfer pork to a platter and let rest 5 minutes. Carve into ½-inch slices against the grain. It will be light pink in the center but well done on the ends. Serve with juices that have collected.

    I would not add nuts due to allergies and instead of egg make a flour cheese sauce and add leak along with mushrooms

    This takes way longer than 20-30 minutes to bake- the potatoes were not cooked enough! I left it in another 20 minutes

      You didn't cut the potatoes small enough I guess. In my casserole the potatoes were cooked and soft. I'm very sorry that the recipe didn't work out so well for you. Greetings
