+Aprajita Verma Thanks for following. Happy cooking
this is an excellent recipe, the only thing misleading is the time he says it takes, unless you par boil the potatoes whilst your doing everything else this dish will take around 1 hr to make before the potatoes are suitably cooked ;) this is a great recipe and tastes delicious, thanks chef !!!
I was thinking the potatoes won't be ready yet! Just keep trying the potatoes till they're done.
This is so cool! My husband, who is Indian, introduced me to Vah Chef partly for a laugh since Vah Chef is so humorous in his presentation - but I've started preparing several of Vah Chef's dishes & am loving the results! Now I'm looking for this channel first any time I need a recipe - & last week my husband said my Indian cooking has suddenly gone through the roof... Thank you!

Hello Chef..made this dish as per your demo....tasted GREAT...Thanks.
Sir your just amazing the way you carry the show by making it so lively that more than wanting to look at your cooking, you make us so involved in the show by your body language and actions like for eg., "ding chick ding chick" and the way you taste the food makes me drool :D:D:D. All these really tells us how genuine you are about sharing your knowledge without hiding any. I am a great follower of your cooking. Have tried several recipes and almost everything has turned out real good. Thank you Chef. Love you for the culinary knowledge sharing to the world.
two words "Simply amazing"
thanks chef !! i tried the same way . it came out very well. excellent !! thanks again.
does kheema meat necessarily have to be beef or would mutton or chicken meat also can be cooked with similar ingriedents?
by the way a very good recipe!
Hi Vahchef,
Wonderfull recipe as usuall.
Hi there Chef! I enjoy your recipes. They have helped me very much since I started cooking after marriage. :) I have a question. Would you recommend that I brown my ground meat before I add them to the curry to remove the fat from it?
Chef, I like your style, the way you present....keep up the good work.. Just one question on this Keema matar..how long do we need to cook this Keema for? I want to know for both beef and mutton.
I will follow ur recipes all are tasty
because of this nice person i become good cook . god bless you chef .
you can make it with any meat
HV becum a fan of ur cooking style n recipes, u cook up yummy dishes within minutes and the end result is vah re vah!!! Thnx chef!
you are a brilliant chef and i like your tips. well done that man!
hi vahchef i was wondering if you knew how to make mutter panner? it's one of my favourite dishes!
I will be making this tomorrow ..... CANT WAIT TO GET STARTED !!!! .... and if it comes out well ... I will share it with all my Belgian friends :)
I am not quite sure if I am correct, but, I think we should avoid to use low fat yogurt. The yogurt I use here (in Germany) gives the dish a bit of sour taste........
Thanks for the video. I made this for the first time last night, with homemade chapatis. It was very tasty. Nice tip to make a sandwich with it. I'll be giving that a try! The version I had didn't have yoghurt, so will add that next time too. Subscribed....
I’m going to try this recipe chef. Thank you!
Vah re vah! Excellent videos. I am a big fan of your's. Watched almost all of your videos. You are truly inspiring! I do cook myself. and love to eat. Originally from Hyderabad, living in the US. Will try to share some of my recipes. Thanks man.
thanks chef. I Love your cooking and explaining style keep up your good work
@Mrshaider79 Yes, I myself surprised he didnt roast the meat with oil as it is necessary which si known as "Bhoonna". I think Qeema must be Bhoona so that oen can get rid of smell and pink color or meat. It must be brown in color plus u people never tell the time how much time one must consume for Bhoonna and peas must also be roasted and potatoes. He just keep adding the things.
Hi Sanjeev, I love all of your recipes but this is my family's favourite ❤
I wish you would have some tee-shirts printed up with "ding chick ding chick" on them so us fans can buy them from you 😀
I love ur preparations... That pinch of salt was funny!!
Try with Peshawari Naan and it is heavenly!
chef, I made this today, thanks for the recipe. I added more tomatoes to make the keema more wet. Ate it with tandoori roti, amazing! thx :)
+Javeria Ola Nice. Happy cooking
Very taste dish.... Thanks from Denmark...
Thank you chef! Love your energy. Gonna cook this for my dearest mom's birthday!
+Sharifah Hasa Thanks. Happy cooking. Hope your mother enjoy's the recipe.
Mmm, i think i have all those ingredients in my kitchen right now!! That's lunch sorted.
Hi chef, your recipies look awesome, only one problem, like some other chefs that give the exact amount of ingridients, the exact amount of spices, you don't. I believe there were folks also in previous recipies that also asked about this. Could you please give the amount of ingridients in your recipies, thx chef.
Keema Matar; what a wonderful phrase.
really nice and simple recipe.
Tried today. It was awesome.
Thanks nice recipe.
Love your recipes chef. Thanks
@beckylynnkirby
Also use full fat yogurt. The fat stops it from curdling. And add it after the tomatoes are well cooked, since the acidity will also curdle the yogurt.
woooo... is this a punjabi dish?
Vahrevah chef salam from Dubai. I like you recipes thanks
kaiser60606 Thanks.
Sir pls do video on mutton khema curry and fry.
@beckylynnkirby use whole milk greek yogurt, mix it with a bit of flour or cornstarch.
Chef please mention the name who sent you this recipe. Not only this chef for others also who sends different recipes. They will feel happy
Also carrot can be added it will ad a nice couloir also .
Hey vahchef, do you keep the seeds of the green chili or do you throw them away?
wow delisious
Thanks Sirji for your Keema recipe
regards
too good
Feels like that food preparation is for himself! Because when he said little bit of onion (it's for listeners ) but he is pouring too much onion (obviously that's his liking) ! That's funny! Thanks for the cool yummy recipe...
Tried it ... Came out well. Wld be nice if u cld mention the exact measurements
Of you haven't noticed by now...Indian cooking is by feel...
1:17 add pinch of salt he said....then put in two handful
Lol
Little bit of onion, he adds two handfuls too.
True
But that good enough to entire recipe ,not too much it's won't spoil the recipe frst time only he add more,2nd time little he added,I can say that it won't spoil the recipe, bcz I used to cook daily
I was just about to follow your recipe. Then my mum walked into the kitchen and told me all that I needed to make this dish. Lol
Chef that was another great recipe from u ... just the video was too birght ... but voice was ok. tnx.
but chef, this appears to be very very easy.. i was expecting an extremely complicated dish..
can we make this with minced chicken? i know that chicken is nowhere near mutton/beaf when it comes to ground meat? and why is it that tomatoes are added after meat? usually it will be added after onions... and why is ginger not used?
Thanks a lot for the video, very helpful, but at the end you crushed garlic and what was the nest ingredient?
@DesiMahaRani77
lol. i thought you meant that it wasn't easy. and then I saw the great handful he added. woahh!
hi chef can you do a video and show us on how to wash kheema ?
1:13 - I keep clicking it over and over .. "Add pinch of salt!" LOL.
Hahahh! Ur comment cracked me up!
1:09 little bit of onions lolz
Original Saltbae

Love you broooooo
This guy is too good....no need to see his recipe. I just look at him,,:-|😁
Nice sir Ji
yeah my favourite!
please tell me how to remove excess salt from food...becoz i usually end up addin more salt than required in food..
gole zehra add potatoes it absorbs salt
plz authentic dum ka keema sikaye plzzz.....
nyce
Hi Chef!! What would you use instead of yogurt? I'm dairy free...could I just add more tomatoes instead?
I think there are yogurts made from Almond milk. Without yogurt, it will be less creamy and more spicey.
hey
kpriyasr "ginger garlic paste" is added
కీమా మటర్ చాలా బాగుంధి
"Add a little bit of onion"........ *throws in whole bowl*
how long keema for
A pinch or punch of salt?
