The best ever khima pav I remembercas a 21 year old, miabhai exactly opposite Mumbra station out of Bombay. 5 of us mad Parsis used to m/cycle there every Sunday morning on our Triumphs. Way back in 1958-60. But then petrol was only Rs. 2.50 a GALLON.
I made ground turkey.. I really loved how smooth was turkey when I kept that in water.. it was really good, I made many changes not followed your receipe completely. Thank you for the tips.

Excellent way of presentation. Love the passion in the chef. I tried this recipe thrice, first time it was really delicious. Second and third time, it was still good but had a sweetness. Not sure how did that come in.
