I kept thinking ugh I hope this sandwich is worth it and oh my god was it ever. You are the best man and your recipes are always spot on!

Love your recipes. Your Fitline Cream Cheese, we don’t have that or anything close to the macros in the states. Is there a substitute we could use for that?
It is lower calorie than the fast food chicken burger, but still quite calorific. 500 calories per burger meaning a person can only eat 4 of these a day for a 2000 calories diet. Add one more, it will be 2500 calories which is most people's maintenance calories. I would swap the bun out to make use cloud bun instead, the burger sauce use fat free greek yoghurt plus some hot sauce and thickener like xanthan gum, shred some lettuce and there you go. This will lower the calories to almost 300.

I thought bread was unhealthy because of the huge amount of carbs. As someone that doesn't for excessive cardio I just stay away from it. Same with pasta and potatoes
There are simple carbs and complex carbs: simple aren't great (white bread/pasta etc.) but complex (wholemeal/brown bread/rice/pasta and sweet potato) are FULL of good nutrients and should not be avoided 🙏

Add some boiled new potatoes on the side; easy.
Add leafy vegetables. Might help.
I understand, even tho I made myself a huge amount of vegetables and had 700 calorie in total.
You can use a low calorie bun, side of veggies, and potatoes. Most people would be full from a meal like that and could fit it into their macros.
