Thank you for all the hair knowledge you share with us. I was thinking that when we spray the heat protectant on ourselves, we can only go as far as arms length. It would be helpful if you could ask the model to carry out the routines on herself under your guidance so we can see the easiest way to do the routine on ourselves.

I have used practically all natural remedies, but what made a difference for my hair fall control was these. 1 cup warm water to drink as 1st item when you wake up. Using wooden neem comb. Using micro fiber towel on shampoo day. Some light exercises. Using Littleexttraa cooconiion anti-hair fall set twice a week.

1- Always make sure your hair is bone dry before flat ironing. 2- Make sure there is no water in your heat protectant, if there is make sure your hair is bone dry before you use your flat iron. You don’t want your hair to sizzle the water away. 3- Use the comb chase method. This PREVENTS ironing in wrinkles in the hair. You’re welcome

Another great vid! Just wanted to add: I recommend a PURE ceramic vs COATED flat iron. Coated ones are the dupes!! They don't evenly heat the hair evenly, and for beginners, will burn and dmg the hair since its actually just super hot metal underneath. They will also chip over time. Look for a flat iron that is solid ceramic:)

I have thick curly/wavy hair naturally. I have mostly kept my hair blow dried but during covid I got very unwell and lost my hair due to illness. I ended up cutting it all (short jaw length bob) I missed my long healthy locks and discovered this man. His simple yet effective tips on hair health and styling saved my hair. I’ve been following Chris’ advice for over a year now and my hair is growing long (down to my shoulders now) the best part is it’s been trimmed only three to four times in a year but I’ve had no split ends and my hair is almost as thick as it used to be and glossy and gorgeous. I don’t flat iron anymore I still blow dry but with leave in conditioner, heat protection and hair oils. Listen to him everyone he is a master in hair care. I wish I could visit him but sadly I’m on the other side of the pond.

    Hi ,
Thank you for all your help.
In a previous video you said that putting oil after the leave in conditioner locks in the moisture and that’s what my hair needs the most. But putting oil again on the second or third day is only for additional shine if I remember well.
No here is what I do and I’d love to hear your thoughts. I bought oil and leave in on your recommendation, I have colour treated, fine and very dry hair.
On the second or third day, I spray the leave in conditioner again on my dry hair and follow it by a little oil. It works really good, the second layer of conditioner is not weighting down my hair.
English is not my mother tongue so sorry for any mistakes 😊

It's so hard for me to hold the comb & the flat iron ( old timers! ) I held onto that tool till it could no longer heat up 😢. No matter what store I'm in, Im ALWAYS searching & praying for a flat iron with that attachment. I'm always steering away from the thinner flat irons but I'm noticing that there are more skinnier irons then wider ones. Is there a big difference? Is one better than the other?

Honestly, throwing out my dyson (I know) was the best thing I ever did for my thin, super curly/frizzy hair. I no longer even need a flat iron most days, unless it’s very very humid. And even then I only flat iron the day I blow dry. I use to flat iron twice a day for my curly front pieces. And yes they were completely broken off. I also washed every day due to frizz and my hair curling up after sleeping. My front pieces have grown out soooo much I no longer have to do that either. It’s amazing.

I destroyed my natural wayey hair 3 years ago when I flat ironed my hair without using any heat protectant. It looked so good at the time but the next day was a disaster.. My started falling, had to chop my thin fine hair. And now that my hair is long again, I never wanna use a straightener or heat to my hair... but just in case, sometimes I want straight hair. I learned that hair protectant first and finishing with oil/serum is important like ... I never knew even the BASICS. This was video so helpful, thank you ☺ ☺

Thanks I love it. ❤️. Because of you I'm leaving my hair grow much longer. My hair stylist asked me what I'm doing to my hair that looks much better. I told her that I'm taking care of it. I didn't want to tell her that I'm following you 😳. I would like a video that shows how to flat iron yourself. Is a little bit difficult for me. I've been with my hair short for so many years. There is a lot of videos and differents techniques but nothing professional like yours. Just a suggestion. God bless you.
