Thank you for all the hair knowledge you share with us. I was thinking that when we spray the heat protectant on ourselves, we can only go as far as arms length. It would be helpful if you could ask the model to carry out the routines on herself under your guidance so we can see the easiest way to do the routine on ourselves.
Yes please
THIS @Blowout Professor
yes! really need to see this, as it is hard to do in sections by ourselves. tu
Same with blow drying straight, long hair, please.
Spray it in your hand then work the product through the hair.
This salon should be a franchise. I want one in my town.
Me tooooo
I would love to see someone doing their own hair with a comb and using all your tips etc.
Also how to straighten short hair.
I totally agree here. Love all of the great information but everything always shows long hair.
I agree. I’m trying to figure out how to translate this great information to short hair as I try to grow my hair out.
It’s called the “chase” method. If you search for it on UA-cam you’ll find all sorts of videos
Can you please make video on how to iron hair on your self. Technique that you show is good and it works on someone else but when it comes to yourself it’s hard.
Especially for shorter hair 😢
HES BALD THOUFH 😭
I'm 46 and just learning this stuff now 😮
Thank you Professor 🙏
57 here!❤
Only person on UA-cam who isn’t trying to sell you something and actually tells the truth!
We all Need A Blowout Professor In Our Lives✨😌 Thanks For Saving My Hair:D
Agree!! ❤❤
I have used practically all natural remedies, but what made a difference for my hair fall control was these. 1 cup warm water to drink as 1st item when you wake up. Using wooden neem comb. Using micro fiber towel on shampoo day. Some light exercises. Using Littleexttraa cooconiion anti-hair fall set twice a week.
1- Always make sure your hair is bone dry before flat ironing. 2- Make sure there is no water in your heat protectant, if there is make sure your hair is bone dry before you use your flat iron. You don’t want your hair to sizzle the water away. 3- Use the comb chase method. This PREVENTS ironing in wrinkles in the hair. You’re welcome
So you use conditioner after flat ironing ?
@@lordsamrat137 if you mean Leave in conditioner, that’s applied way before flat ironing. U shouldn’t apply anything with water after flat ironing. You could however apply an oil
@@Kindlyone777 i see. Timeline: apply conditioner, wait a bit, apply anti heat spray, flat iron, apply oil.
@@lordsamrat137 just make sure your hair is bone dry before using a Flat Iron. If it’s damp you’ll fry/ damage your hair ☺️
@Kindlyone777 thank you 👍
Your advice and techniques look great, but I have short arms and find doing all that behind my back challenging. Please give us some demos of people doing these steps on themselves so I can better duplicate this.
I used to wash my hair every other day (fine hair, greasy scalp), since I found this channel I wash every 4 days 😀
I have fine and geasy hair too, but I always washed my hair once a week bc I wore my hair up and it wasn't that greasy that way, 1 year ago I used to wash it 3 times a week bc i got tired of that hairstyle, and now I decided to go back to my normal routine and try to care about my hair
I've had people ask me if I've just had my hair done since I've started using your techniques! Some of the suggestions are really hard to do by yourself but I've done my best and it's truly made such a difference! I've purchased all your suggestions for wash and style and it 💯 makes it so much better! I'm a literal no one but he's right, get the products, they all work. Thank you, I really mean it. I even told my 12 yr old grandson and his long hair has looked so much better!
Can you please tell me the product name of heat protector
I've been straightening my hair wrongly my whole life. I'm soo happy I came across this video! This really helped a lot!
-wrongly- *incorrectly
OMG I AM SO GLAD I FOUND YOU. I used to have really dry oily hair. I had big flakes falling off my hair to the point where i was embarrased to let my hair out in public. I found your channel and i started following your tips and HOLY CRAP my hair is so soft and mosturised now! Thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work!
What did u do?
Please reply, what did you do to make it smooth? I am very rough. I want help
Literally all of these tips gave me the most pin straight hair with the least amount of effort, couldn’t believe the difference. Thank you so much!
Please never stop these long form vids! They help so much!
You’re saving my hair! Thank you Chris and team for sharing with us. ❤
Love your videos, Chris! No hairdresser has ever given me this kind of education about my hair, products, and tools! Thanks!
I finally bought and used all your recommended products on your list and I can’t believe how great my hair looks!! Thank you!!❤
I just discovered your channel and wow. Between washing my hair the right way and learning how to flay iron my style (new to me).....the difference was so striking people noticed!! Even my husband. He always tells me....with the right tools and knowledge you can do anything! Thanks again and I will be a loyal subscriber.
This guy knows what the flip he's talking about!❤
You made me feel confident in blowdrying my own hair and your tips TOTALLY WORK. you have been god sent. Thank you ♥️
I’m not even one day of a new follower & all I can say is I’ve been listening to the wrong information on hair. I’m so happy I found your post ♥️
Your video’s are really really helpful 😍 Thanks for existing ❤
I can’t wait to watch this! As everyone else says, you provide such educational videos and we are so lucky! Although I don’t have all your recommended products, I have been implementing your routine for about a month and oh my god what a difference it has made! I only wash my hair once a week, max twice for special occasions and usually only blow dry/style once and it lasts me so much longer! My hair is a little damaged but I’ve mainly suffered from dryness from over using purple shampoo and your routine has saved me.
I love your videos and have learned so much from you that has improved my hair. It would awesome if you could do a video helping someone who is blowdrying and flat ironing their own hair. I have hair down to my waist and it is so hard to do some of the things your suggest on my own hair. Thanks for all your awesome videos!
I'd love to see a tutorial using a flat iron to curl hair
He has one! Search You Tube
@@Donna-cc1kt Could you please post the link? I'm having trouble finding that video, thanks in advance!
This was so informative!!! I'm so grateful. I was definitely doing some wrong techniques. Thank you!!! ❤️
Since I’ve been applying your methods, my hair has grown 2 inches and looks healthier than ever. Thank you for your information you’re the only UA-cam channel on hair tutorials I watch 👍🇨🇦
Can you ever show a model flatironing her own hair so we can see best doing it for ourselves as we don’t have a stylist living with us?
You’ve been a huge help explaining why my styles have problems. Now I’m sure my “look” will finally turn out the way it should. TY!
I find this hard to do without getting my hair dampened.
You need to open a salon on the east coast of FL. We don’t have many blow dry bars here! I love your channel. I’ve stocked up on all of your recommended products and I’m looking forward to following your hair care strategy. Thank you! 🤗
Wow, fantastic video! Super informative with quick pacing. Great job!
Thank you Chris! I thought I had watched every single one of your videos but I skipped this one because I have poker straight hair. I will never miss another video, what I learned about heat protectant was super helpful. I use the Redkin and I am working my up to Kendra 19. I did watch your video about these two products but this info just help reinforce the technique.
loves this video! literally answered the questions I had that Google was not providing the answers for. Thank you so very much!!!
Love your videos. Can you do a video using a model with fine/medium hair type to demonstrate various styling techniques to use or avoid and the best hair health options for those of us struggling to manage this hair type? I always see videos with models who have crazy thick, coarse locks... Thanks in advance, Amanda S in Cali
Love your videos! Thanks for doing them!! 😊
Aaah Chris thank you for sharing all your knowledge with us! You have become my fav hair UA-camr. I started applying all your tips a few months ago when I fried my hair and my hair is now the best it has ever been! Thank you so much! I hope you continues to grow and find great success in the UA-cam community 🥹👏🏼
🎉I had to come over and say something I bought the suggested products and have been following your method for two weeks now and OMG my hair changed completely from sahara dry, frizzy not doing what I wanted to the softest hair with almost no frizz at all 😮 I think Im able to reach my goal length this year
Can you do a video comparing all the morrocan oil shampoos/conditioners?
Another great vid! Just wanted to add: I recommend a PURE ceramic vs COATED flat iron. Coated ones are the dupes!! They don't evenly heat the hair evenly, and for beginners, will burn and dmg the hair since its actually just super hot metal underneath. They will also chip over time. Look for a flat iron that is solid ceramic:)
what ceramic ones do you recommend?
i love his vids fr they help me w my hair growth journey
Thank you again Chris, like always it was helpful 🙂❤️.
Love your channel ❤
Learned a lot
Can you please do a video on the best blow dryer?
Great advice about the pressure!
Can you do a video about the Moroccan products you use on corse hair
Yes. And I think we also would enjoy reviews for fine hair. I have their leave-in conditioner and I love it (and I love the smell of it). I would like to have some other thing, but the "morrocan oil" claim scares me a bit, because I am really not sure if I want oil in my shampoo. 😊 Maybe I should just buy that fragrance and spray it on my body to achieve this godess-like-smell sensation. 😊
Can you please do a video on the K18 repair mask? The internet makes it seem like a miracle worker but so far your tips helped me figure a routine that works so well, i feel like your knowledge is very trustworthy. Love your videos!
With summer coming up I would LOVE if you could do a video on best ways to power your hair when swimming/from chlorine!
I’m so glad ur in Florida!
This video helped me so much, thank you!
I got that iron and its amazing. The hair feels softer than before.
i have grown out my hair for year after cutting it to above shoulder length. my ultimate goal is to have very healthy long hair and I got my first hair cut in a year today (I'm I should've cut it more often before). I wondered how to reduce heat damage as much as possible so now that I know how (with the help of this video) I'm excited to continue my hair care journey!
I have thick curly/wavy hair naturally. I have mostly kept my hair blow dried but during covid I got very unwell and lost my hair due to illness. I ended up cutting it all (short jaw length bob) I missed my long healthy locks and discovered this man. His simple yet effective tips on hair health and styling saved my hair. I’ve been following Chris’ advice for over a year now and my hair is growing long (down to my shoulders now) the best part is it’s been trimmed only three to four times in a year but I’ve had no split ends and my hair is almost as thick as it used to be and glossy and gorgeous. I don’t flat iron anymore I still blow dry but with leave in conditioner, heat protection and hair oils. Listen to him everyone he is a master in hair care. I wish I could visit him but sadly I’m on the other side of the pond.
Beautiful and beautifully done!
I recently started using some of the products that you recommend, and I am over the moon happy, even though I live in Europe and having a hard time getting some of them. :)
I completely love your channel! So refreshing with the less is more approach, it’s hard to navigate through the hair product jungle out there… QUESTION: do you have a recommendation for a leave in conditioner besides the pureology? I can’t find it in Sweden (except for very overpriced online). I have fine hair without any bleach or colouring (but very dry and fragile, also I don’t have a lot of hair). I would so much appreciate a recommendation from you (or someone else with similar hair type)
Thank you so much, love flat ironing tutorials! 🥰
Hi ,
Thank you for all your help.
In a previous video you said that putting oil after the leave in conditioner locks in the moisture and that’s what my hair needs the most. But putting oil again on the second or third day is only for additional shine if I remember well.
No here is what I do and I’d love to hear your thoughts. I bought oil and leave in on your recommendation, I have colour treated, fine and very dry hair.
On the second or third day, I spray the leave in conditioner again on my dry hair and follow it by a little oil. It works really good, the second layer of conditioner is not weighting down my hair.
English is not my mother tongue so sorry for any mistakes 😊
Wow! Just wow! Great video!
Thank you Chris! ❤
I love your videos! Can you share tips on how you should take care of your hair if you want to exercise every day?
I love love love your content, Chris!!!! A video on swimming haircare pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I learn so much from every one of your videos, you're awesome
Great video as always
This was helpful! I hope to see you demonstrate on a model with tight curly hair soon!
Your amazing but this looks so easy for you but I have an awful hard time doing this by myself !
Can you please make a video on what you should do with your hair routine if you exercise everyday? If you are not suppose to wash everyday, how do you deal with oily hair from working out? Do you just sit with oily hair until your wash day comes?
Thanks for sharing your advice
Appreciate it !
WOW! I just love how much I learn from your videos. I can remember when flat irons first came out. My 1st flat iron had a comb attached to it. It's so hard for me to hold the comb & the flat iron ( old timers! ) I held onto that tool till it could no longer heat up 😢. No matter what store I'm in, Im ALWAYS searching & praying for a flat iron with that attachment. I'm always steering away from the thinner flat irons but I'm noticing that there are more skinnier irons then wider ones. Is there a big difference? Is one better than the other?
Very useful information ❤
I love your videos i learn alot i given my hair a break from using heat
This is great! One tip I would add is to clean your flat iron and other tools (brush & comb) regularly!
Tym! Really helpdesk me a lot. Great video 👍
New Subscriber - thank you!! I will continue to watch your videos. Which you resided in VA - I would go to your salon. For now your videos and product recommendations are spot on!!
Perfect timing. Ty❤
Thank you for a brilliant video! I knew I maybe wasn't doing great things to my hair, but this video really helped to point out exactly what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it I was wondering if you had any suggestions for styling fringes between washing days? That's the main reason I'm using my hair straightener everyday - it's curling my full fringe to sit nicely. Any ideas would be amazing!!!
Please do a video on both keratin treatment & hair botox for fine hair to tame frizziness (due to very humid weather)🙏 is it effective and is it worth doing? Also does it damage the hair? Your feedback will be very much appreciated 🤗
Amazing video!❤
Omg this man learned me so much!
You are the hair god !! Thank you !
Thank you for all your videos. Could you make a video about cold blow dry please
Thank you so much..
Can you please talk about wavy hair? ❤🙏🏻
I looooooove your videos ❤️ Can you please please please do a video on how to look after hair when spending a week at the beach?
Great video thanks! What’s your opinion on hair Botox and keratin treatments?
Thanks for the valuable recommendations. Could you please make a video about cysteine treatment and post treatment, how to take care of my hair afterwards.
Honestly, throwing out my dyson (I know) was the best thing I ever did for my thin, super curly/frizzy hair. I no longer even need a flat iron most days, unless it’s very very humid. And even then I only flat iron the day I blow dry. I use to flat iron twice a day for my curly front pieces. And yes they were completely broken off. I also washed every day due to frizz and my hair curling up after sleeping. My front pieces have grown out soooo much I no longer have to do that either. It’s amazing.
Love your videos I always learn so much! What about the age of your irons? I have some pretty old ones. Should they be changed out every so many years?
❤❤❤ I can't thank you enough for all ur videos information
Can you do a video reviewing moroccanoil products?
I destroyed my natural wayey hair 3 years ago when I flat ironed my hair without using any heat protectant. It looked so good at the time but the next day was a disaster.. My started falling, had to chop my thin fine hair. And now that my hair is long again, I never wanna use a straightener or heat to my hair... but just in case, sometimes I want straight hair. I learned that hair protectant first and finishing with oil/serum is important like ... I never knew even the BASICS. This was video so helpful, thank you ☺ ☺
Thanks for your help with this video
Thanks I love it. ❤️. Because of you I'm leaving my hair grow much longer. My hair stylist asked me what I'm doing to my hair that looks much better. I told her that I'm taking care of it. I didn't want to tell her that I'm following you 😳. I would like a video that shows how to flat iron yourself. Is a little bit difficult for me. I've been with my hair short for so many years. There is a lot of videos and differents techniques but nothing professional like yours. Just a suggestion. God bless you.
wow! ive always compared my hair to a piece of bread! but seriously, this guy is so good!
Would LOVE a review on the No Remorse Heat Protection & Taming Spray
I would love to see you review smaller brands like divi and fekkai
Great video... my questions vanished... Thank you!
Great instructions!
Thanks for your informational video. Could you please do a video about Botox / keratin treatment.
Thank you so much
Hi! I learned so much from you. Thank you! :). Could you review the new Dyson Airstrait, please?
Oh my gosh… I didn’t realize heat protectant had so many rules 😮 well you taught me another new thing today😊
