A lot of times those powerlog flanges come warped from ZZP I would check for straightness on it with a straight edge. Mine came warped and was doing the same until I took it the machine shop and had them get it straightened out! 👍🏻
Ur internals should be good so as long as u take care of ur engine. I would get 90 lb springs though and do an E85 swap if possible. It makes a huge difference
You are only getting 12psi of boost and the engine is not reving up or gaining speed like it should. That is only as much boost and seems slower as a regular NON twin charged Gen 5 will put out. You need to change the spring in your wastegate so that you can make more boost. As you have it, the turbo is essentially not adding any boost to your combo. Oh yeah, I had an issue that I figured out. My exhaust manifold bolts kept stripping and wouldn't tighten all the way

Oh yes I've seen them. Like I stated, we are still tuning and making it safe. We will apply more boost when we get to a safe tune
