I learn so much from these videos ngl, I’m debating on doing all the things your doing just in a black car. With a little more time and money I wanna pull my heads and do exactly what you’re doing. Still gotta find that intermittent misfire tho, still confused by that one.

@josephvalberg5816 try swapping back to stock coil packs. You shouldn't need them until ur pushing alot of boost. Some people have had bad luck with them. U may be the few that have.
Question. It is recommended to lap the valves that arent leaking (lightly) for cleaning purposes? I would have to have it all pull out just to address the ones leaking, put it all back together and in and then a while later the good ones start leaking cause it finally was enough?
Of course you can! Most definitely lap valves that are not leaking. That's called preventative maintenance. If you noticed, I lapped all the valves, even the ones that weren't leaking in the first place. 👌
Love the video man! Im excited for me to have a back up car so i can start rhis process, and learn the 4t80e swap with ya 😂 also man, just saying im still up for that giveaway, 😂 horsepower is expensive, and ill bug zzp if i needa for a new rocker 😂, but id love those valve springs man!
i mean yeah its a good way to find a leak but lapping with a drill isnt for beginner builders use the wooden lappin stick that has multiple size rubber cups on them and build up lappping over mulyiple attepts not all in one shot because of the chance to mess up the seat or over do the depth...
This compound is mainly for removing carbon contamination from the valve seating. It's not abrasive enough to really cut into the valve seats enough to make depth changes

Great presentation. Will be working on a 4 cylinder head soon. Would like to know how much air pressure you use to check for bubbles.
Hey man, thanks a bunch!
I used about 85 PSI. You can always go a little bit higher.

For a novice a manual valve lapping stick would be the safer option imo
I don't disagree
