Rufus wrings out every ounce of meaning from this song . I’ve always enjoyed Rufus’s style that he gives a song , but he really has grown into his voice . This song from 1940 is quite ahead of its time , and I’m only surprised it wasn’t something Cole Porter would have dreamed up . This song and his rendition are a real treat to your ears ! Rufus and his voice and talent are better than ever .
