It turned out really nice! There are some scratches that are too deep to cut out (I don't want my paint to get too thin) but it is very nice compared to many of the other similar aged aircraft out there!
That would be a great time to do it. I struggle with the balance of tinkering vs flying (rather be flying) but if you are in a position where you are forced to tinker then you won't have as much of the itch! Haha
