I understand what you are saying in terms of expertise. It should be hard wired in Realtors to make sure you watch closely what information you give to prospective buyers. But if you do learn and research then you can kind of dance around those questions without completely appearing clueless. I think this was an informative, interesting and funny video. Yes, but as I stated lot's would say no, but find the ones that would say yes and follow my script to get more to be a yes!
