So cool Kitengela. Nice footage and narration. I hope they people plant more trees: for every building at least one tree planted. We don't want to pay a very hefty environmental price for ignoring trees
Nice vid! Kitengela like many other centers should be serious on urban planning, by now there should be an organized zoning, and infrastructures. I can see industries mixed with residentials, commercials and so on, in the near future i can foresee another embakassi!
I shall be coming to Kenya as usual every year and would love to visit the Town probally come with a friend opr fly - I got a dear friend there let me know ill get togeter March or April
Exactly. Road infrastructure is the main problem in terms of development that plagues Kitengela. With a good road network inside and out it will be on the verge of a modern town. Planning is also needed
Sadly the govt doesn't want to develop these satellite towns, because it would open up the environs resulting in a price drop in places like Karen etc. They can't afford for prices in places like Karen to drop because they mortgaged their properties heavily.
Very true that Kitengela is growing in private construction, but has failed in road infrastructure, county government has done nothing in the past 10years compared on it growth 📈.
KITENGELA my other home coz it's where I grew up from in the early 80s to the early 20s after my school the went back to my native home in UGANDA KAMPALA,I schooled in ATHI RIVER PRISONS PRIMARY SCHOOL found in KITENGELA and went to MAVOKO SECONDARY SCHOOL AND MACHAKOS BOYS HIGH SCHOOL(MAC BEE) for Secondary Education....Drank MAZIWA YA NYAYO or I miss KITENGELA,Places like NOMAD,DE LEMU,BEER GARDEN I don't know whether they still exist
Kitengela might be one of the best growing towns in Kenya but it has awful awful architecture, save for maybe one of two new constructions...others are just rudimentary and low grade.
Question why dont cities like this and even most parts of nairobi have fixed pavements, the yellow dirt is really an eyesore and I think it will beautify these cities trememdously

The proximity to the city is about 55km so the weather isn't that different although tje sun felt abit hotter there 😁

Planning to move also from mombasa soon
Why would you leave Mombassa ?
Kitengela is growing at a fast rate ,investment opportunities will definitely be in plenty after the Nairobi Expressway is launched
Hi bro how is agrovet biz in kitengela ?
I would have liked a drone shot away from the highway ,more into the residential properties. Are the intra roads well made and maintained in kitengela

Hit me up when you visit
The town looks amazing. Na quality imeweza
Thanks bro ,more of the same quality videos coming through
Only thing missing in kitegele cbd is pavement iyo vumbi weeh but nice place
Dust is the only nemesis that this town has , but I'm sure they'll figure it out as time goes by
I feel like they should focus on the road networks first then build the houses and businesses according to the layout
Same here

"AND KENYA, STILL DRIVES ON THE LEFT-HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD."
😅😅 yhup we still drive on the left side of the road like the British
@@African_josh Which is the correct side to drive on!😅
The only thing lacking is the roads are not paved
True even the road going through could use an expansion because of rush hour traffic
nice
Is kitengela good for bisi
Currently it is growing so many businesses are sprouting successfully

I think these towns just sprouted up before any serious plans were laid down
