I booked a room in Juarez to save money, when I got there it was a migrant shelter! Also realized my car could be gone come morning. Spent two hours to get back through the border. I felt like kissing the ground of El Paso.
I'm impressed you even entered Mexico in the first place. I refuse to. I threatened to quit my job when they tried to send me to a customer site in Mexico. They send me to some dangerous countries throughout the world but Mexico is crossing a line.
Not really. Detroit has nice parts but most of it is actually pretty horrendous, just in a different way then Juarez. Both are very dangerous and run down cities on the whole. Most of Mexico is as safe as most of the United States however, and has a large middle class. But average incomes are much lower and poverty higher then up north.
People who have never been to Mexico think that all Mexico is like that. This video was recorded in a poor and dangerous neighborhood. There are many zones around Mexico like this, however not all Mexico look like this. There are very well developed zones where you would almost think it's a totally different country. I've lived and seen cities in the United States where it's not much different than here. I've been to cities in the US where you can see trash, old building, poverty and high crime rate. Not trying to defend Mexico but like any country there are nice and developed neighborhoods and very dangerous places as well. A lot of people talk like if America was all perfect when we all know it's not
@rmv15-ff8pe well you guys have to try harder. There is a lot poverty. I'm pretty sure you have never been outside of the United States. The United States schools are of the most dangerous places for kids ironically. Shootings, massacres everyday at schools. Mexico and US both have very serious problems.
If you're still there when u read this comment. Can you go back to the spot where the strange guy was crawling out of the wall? I want to see if there is some kind of storm drain or hole there. That was weird.
That's because the 3rd world is closer to reality.. no entitlement. They will literally run your ass over and keep moving and nobody will know who did it...or care enough to solve the crime. Very different from the states
In your dreams 🙄. Chicago is considered top 10 best city to live in the world according to Forbes and other publications. If it were so bad, millions of white people wouldn’t live and thrive there.
@glennhubbard5008 No!! my children and grandchildren won't let me go. I own a construction company and also have a lot of real estate property, lots of things that keep me here!..... about you?
i have a feeling the ones from mexico its not charlie. he prob paying someone from the area to do the vid for him. which is very smart cuz he would stick out like a sore thumb there
I remember seeing a video of someone driving across this border and there was a gang ready to carjack his truck. He had to turn around quick and make a run back for the border. They see you with American plates, then good luck getting your vehicle back.
Went to an island in Mexico for vacation a couple years ago, amazing happy poor people. It would be spectacular if the US took it over and rebuilt, civilized and modernized it.
Juarez looks a LOT better to me than LA, SF, St. Louis, Mo., Detroit, Mich., Chicago, Ill., Philadelphia, Pa. ...You sure have nerves of steel, driving through these places at night.
If you're in the wrought iron business or an experienced welder, this seems to be a gold mine in the making as far as opportunity for business given what is all on the front doors and windows . .
Being from El Paso, Texas I was born and raised with my grandparents in Juarez, you are just going through the bad roads on anapra, not all Juarez is like this, and unfortunately, you are nowhere near the danger zone, this is just a bad looking area that is poor. I will tell you the bad side of Juarez, and just some advice to anyone who believes this crock , that is if you go looking for trouble, you will find it. stay safe and dont worry about the narcos knowing who you are or what you believe in. now if you like to flash cash or show you got money... well you asked for it, as in any other city anywhere in the world.
Yes, they should learn from the ameeican construction workers and learn how to build that weak pellet houses with a straw roof. But when a hurricane comes......
I get serious mini-lag in this clip sadly. SOME clips here on YT especially from USA of some reason with resolution 4k60 have a weird little lag (but even on lower resolutions it's there I see now). There is nothing wrong with my graphics card or my connection since I can play many clips flawless on YT with resolution 4k60+. Anyone know why this is happening? I often use firefox (with hardware acceleration since my card can handle it but the issue is there on standard settings too) but tried with opera also - exact same issue.
It appears fairly safe and does not look that bad actually there are no human heads or strung up people in sight and many very nice cars on the roads. That poor dog must not value its life lying down for a sleep in the middle of the road.
@3:01 A pair of shoes on a wire say you'd better know who's who in that neighborhood, but a whole wardrobe's worth is one multiple choice quiz I don't wanna take.
I was in zihua/ixtapa and acapulco centro back in 1998. Partying with Mexicans was fun. Couldnt speak spanish, they didnt speak english but we spoke the language of beer and girls. Sad to see how its deteriorated so much over the years.

Thought the same
That's the way I felt about the whole video. Now they want to come to America and treat our country like that... HELL NO!!
Right I thought he was in Afghanistan for sec.

Most of Mexico is as safe as most of the United States however, and has a large middle class. But average incomes are much lower and poverty higher then up north.
Detroit USED to look worse ! 😅 Not now! ...I like it !
This is the poor section. Most parts of Mexico makes Detroit, st. Louis, Chicago look like a dump.
Thanks,. Merry Christmas!

yeah but our people dont invade their border like the invasion from them! At least here in America we try to take care and feed our poor!

One thing that stands out is people get out of the road, where as in the states the pedestrians stay on the road, like they almost want to get hit.

Plenty of people standing in the roadways. Watch the video again.
Você é corajoso!🇧🇷
How did you get this future footage from southern California? It doesn't even happen for another 40 years.
There are people in these towns who probably just want to live an ordinary life…
They can move away from that town, the rest of Mexico is beautiful, only the border towns look like that.
And then there are others who want to cause trouble.
Remember all this stuff starts at home. Bad parents leads to bad kids.
The dog that laid in the street at 3:38 wanted out of this bs and Charlie failed him lol
thanx for giving us a look.
Dope footage of Juarez! Salute👌🏿
I love the Mexico adventures:-)
Tijuana is astonishing example of 1900's architect's, but now dogs are more clever!!!
Looks nicer and safer than Chicago
That's because all their criminals have left and moved to Chicago
In your dreams 🙄. Chicago is considered top 10 best city to live in the world according to Forbes and other publications. If it were so bad, millions of white people wouldn’t live and thrive there.
You couldnt pay me to ever risk going to mexico. The fact that these criminals have been allowed to pour across the border is terrifying.
Exactly!
How many criminals did you see in this video?
I’ve been to Cancun at it was nice but I personally would just see that as my only trip to Mexico.

The Afghanistan of North America.

The doggy laying down 😂❤ ALSO was that somebody coming out/in the sewer drain??? 😮
No that was someone entering a sewer drain to get to more sanitary conditions.
This is exactly how I imagined Mexico to be lol
You speak my mind. Exactly!
can you do other dangerous mexican border cities like reynosa, miguel aleman, matamoros, nuevo laredo etc instead of always tijuana or juarez

looks much better than some usa areas and states! no homeless people or full of trash everywhere
Was that a demon popping out from the left side of the road by the yellow edge at the 11:50 mark? Wow!
That is so odd, there's no visible rats nest he's crawling out of, and it makes no sense to exit there.
In fact this is a re-upload.
In major cities some people sleep in the sewers when they are dry.
Relax, Charlie got approval

I’ve been there many times for work. If you’re not looking for trouble you probably won’t find it. But if you are, you’ll find it in spade’s!
They make the dogs suffer there too. What a hell hole.
