These ladies were very similar on some levels, especially when one thinks of the turbulent lifestyles they led. God knows they were some of the best talent around in their time. David Nathan did a great chapter covering Esther's life in his SOULFUL DIVAS book. You have to read it to believe it though - she was a character boy!
